New Ozone Resort & Spa

The only view from my room was the view of the car park and a building site whilst they were finishing building the other prison cells to overcharge people. This is a $20 max per night hotel room. I paid over £300 and very very disappointed. Will not return here

We loved the view from the room (beachfront bungalow) and the atmosphere of the place. The staff was very nice and helpful. We were not happy with the cleanliness of the room. The mattress was rock hard. I would suggest the property to change them to a bit softer as it is very similar to sleeping on of the floor.

Great great stay here. Perfect views of the ocean. Loved the open grass area with a volleyball net if you didn't want to hang out on the sand. All around good stay. Outside bathrooms are also better than I expected. Would stay again!

First off the location is on a nice beach and the staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed in a standard room for 4 nights which was basically a cement box with super bright overhead fluorescent lighting and no furniture except a small glass side table and the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. I woke up with a back ache and the mattress coil imprints each morning. The towels were glorified rags, thin and stained. The bathroom toilet was falling off the floor as it had never been properly bolted to the floor and sink facet also kept unscrewing. If you are not taller than 5 foot 6 inches you will not be able to reach the hot water temp to adjust the shower. Shoddy construction starts at the door where the cement path doesn’t even extend to the front door so you have to walk on coral for the last 5 feet. The air con worked well but was positioned right over the bed so chilled air blew directly down on you all night. There was a quot that had clearly never been changed or washed in quite a while and only a stained bottom sheet. The cabana suites over looking the water looked nicer than the standard room but at over $88/ night you are better off finding a resort further up the beach that has a pool and better Resturant. The staff was lovely, service was slow. I would not recommend. I found it not a great value.

Værelset var klamt og meget ulækkert, med Div. Småkravl der kunne komme ind flere steder. Vi prøvede at opgradere allerede 1. Aften hvilket ikke kunne lade sig gøre. Vi tjekkede ud 2. Dag efter at være flyttet til et anden værelse, der var ligeså ulækkert

A notre arrivée, une grande surprise nous attendait. La chambre numero 6 : la porte d'entrée ajourée..., le matelas moisi...., le tapis de bains qui ressemble plus à une serpillère...sinon le menage etait fait. Confort tres sommaire. Nous vous demandons un geste commercial pour ces désagréments. Nous vous remettons, ci joint, les photos de notre chambre. Vous en remerciant vivement à l avance. Strandnähe, Stimmung und Atmosphäre in der Anlage, sehr entspannend, einfach und gemütlich, Bedienungspersonal absolut freundlich, Essen und Getränkte sehr gut und preiswürdig. Die Lage am Strand einfach eine Wucht. Die einzelnen Hütten sind allerdings in die Jahre gekommen, es gibt Löcher iim Holz am Boden etc. Insgesamt ist der Preis für die Zimmer in der Anlage um 20 Prozent zu hoch!!!

Bokade 5 dygn, åkte efter en natt. Beskrivningen stämde inte. GICK INTE ATT BADA NGN GÅNG. Skräp o glas på stranden, rummet med trasiga möbler o toa o dusch ute. FY

Waren im Standard Bungalow untergebracht und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Aber nochmal würden wir nicht buchen. Sehr harte Betten und ein modernder Geruch. In das Bad gelangt man durch eine Tür welche nach draußen führt, dieses ist angebaut & erfüllt seinen Zweck. Was super war, war das Restaurant wo man super essen konnte & man sehr schön direkt am Strand gemütlich sitzt. Leider ist über den Nachmittag Ebbe, sodass man bis die Sonne untergeht nicht baden kann, weil man 200m über Steine gehen muss und dann eine relativ starke Strömung da ist. Das Personal war super freundlich! Alles in allem würden wir zum Essen gerne wieder kommen, jedoch nicht über Nacht.

Eine sehr entspannte Anlage mit hervorragender Küche u sehr sehr freundlichem Personal. Wir haben uns extrem wohlgefühlt, da wir schon mit echter Herzlichkeit empfangen u verabschiedet wurden. Staff is perfekt! Zur perfekten Entspannung Massagen auf dem Gelände mit Blick aufs MEER. DER PERFEKTE ORT ZUM "RUNTER FAHREN" Das Zimmer war wie beschrieben mit Kühlschrank, kleinem TV. BAD sauber mit abgetrennter Dusche, WC u grosses Waschbecken. Auch die Holzhäuser sahen von außen sehr einladend aus die meisten mit Blick aufs Meer.
