We stayed for one week and had a great experience. The room was spacious and clean. Our suite included a large refrigerator, microwave, and a hot water pot. The pool is gorgeous and beautiful in the evening. It's a short walk to the BTS, a 7-11, and numerous eating options. Grab rides pick-up at the front door and the laundry was convenient. The helpful, friendly staff cannot be beat.

Decent room size with affordable price especially for long stay. Staff are very friendly and quite helpful. . There's a bath tub in there but it was very poorly maintained - Other than that, everything else is acceptable. Love that there are so many shops and dining options within 2 minutes walk, including Seven Eleven, massages, True Digital Park (food court and more restaurants options opened till night).

I was arriving late, after 2:00 in the morning and so I wrote the hotel ahead and they sent me a form reply, which was useless to me, and only confirmed that I would have a problem checking in late at night. I wrote them back conveying that their answer was unacceptable and useless. So I booked a room near the airport, costing me an extra $34.00. The next day I checked into the room and the next morning I received a reply back from them that they could give the key to their security guard, two nights late. The bed was rock hard and their card key system worked poorly, had to scan my card three times to do anything. The location is alright, there is food nearby and two weed dispensaries next door.

The property is old and need updating. The TV's are old and you can't watch anything or CaST your phone and there's two of them. The air in the bedroom barely worked and had to keep the other doors open to stay cool. I'm sure it may have been nice 20yrs ago but the old bath tub and the shower curtain almost kills you getting out of it.

The rooms were big, nice, and comfortable, with a nice bathtub as well. The rooftop pool was nice, too. The only downside was that we booked a two-bedroom suite, and when we got there found out that that was being fixed up. We ended up getting two one-bedroom suites next to each other, which wasn't as good, but still OK.

I stayed in One bed suite.Good location being 200 metres from main Sukhumvit Rd and a 5 to 10 min walk to BTS Punawitti station, outside all within 5 mins or so is street foods, massage, new shopping centre. The small roof top pool and gym are on the sister building 20 metres from residence entrance. Spent more time than usual in room this trip so watched tv...not up to much...one movie channel for English speaking and a couple of news channels, this proved to be inadequite. The kitchen is ok ...2 electric hob rings and a microwave and fridge. The bathroom has a sit in not lie down bath with a shower over the bath enclosed by another bug bear of mine a shower curtain, why, especially Thailand do they have a bath...surely its gotta be a walk in shower. I have stayed here before several years ago....it was as I remembered except there are no views from room and the views from the pool have been impaired by the developments all around. The staff are excellent and cleanliness is apparenr throughout the property these factors do make up somewhat for the negatives , tv, shower,
views, but for me not enough, I would stay again but only for a night or 2.
