По опыту, советуем брать номера с балконом: и вещи есть где просушить, и тишина в номере, так окна выходят не на шумную улицу, как в стандартных номерах (в них со сном могут быть проблемы). В целом все понравилось, месторасположение превосходное, до пляжа 3 минуты неспешным шагом. Ставим высокие оценки, так как соотношение цена-качество оптимальное!

Остановились в отеле на две ночи и были очень удивленны идеальной чистотой в отеле Все просто блестит! Номера небольшие ,но очень уютные.
Персонал супер ,сломался замок , нам сразу предложили решение на выбор . мы выбрали другой номер.Завтрак сытный . Рядом пляж магазины салоны с дешевым массажем и ночная жизнь . Немного шумно до часа ночи , но мы сами раньше в номер не приходили . Кондишен морозит исправно! полотенца и постельное белье новые чистые Мы остались очень довольны Рекомендуем !!!!

I booked it for 6 nights and left after 2. I didn't get any refund but it was still worth it. I would never stay there and will think twice dealings with Expedia. Pure lies and misleading. No elevators so had to take the bags up the floor and hotel do not provide any service at all.
They should be under hostel not hotels categories. I am more disappointed with Expedia then then the hotel itself.

There was some confusion when checking in as we were showing as being from Russia which was quickly corrected.
The room we were given was not up to the standard that we were expecting or had used on a previous visit to the On Hotel in Karon Beach.
After speaking to the reception it was agreed that we could upgrade our room which we did.
The room was always cleaned daily and clean sheets and towels put out daily.
The hotel was located in the main high street with plenty of bars and restaurants located in the area. The hotel restaurant / kitchen had a very comprehensive menu if you did not wish to go out.

Not exactly the most welcoming staff on check in or when you need something from the front desk. The laundry service is was four times as pricey compared to the hotel I just came from, because they charge per item instead of total weight. The shower did not drain easily which causes the whole bathroom floor to fill with water.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The room was very clean and everything was well stocked. The beds were very uncomfortable though and the water was lukewarm at best. The wifi is also very spotty and we had an entire day where the electricity was out in the whole hotel for maintenance from 9am to 7pm. We were notified of this the day before, but it was still very frustrating. In Expedia the hotel is listed as having options for two beds in a room, and shows pictures of said rooms, but the hotel did not contain any room of this kind when we arrived. Overall it's a fine place for the price and the location is great!

I strongly recommend you to avoid using this hotel: very poor condition of rooms, basic furniture, horrible view and the worst was shower or rather absence of it - they simply provided a shower head in the toilet (no shower cabin, curtain or anything)! No beach towels, terrible WIFI, no lifts...

Let me start with the one positive comment. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating to your needs.
Now the bad. Our room that we had reserved two months in advanced was somehow double booked and we were moved to a room right over the extremely loud and busy street instead of facing the sea. The road it's on is packed with bars and night clubs blasting music, so don't expect to fall asleep until 2:00 AM if your room is on the front end of the hotel. The wifi is non-existent, so if you need to make sure you have a solid connection you'll have to go to a nearby business that offers complimentary wifi. When we got to the original room they moved us to we noticed other people's belongings in there, so we instantly locked the door, went down stairs to the front desk, and waited a little while longer while they found another room to put us in. The towels smelled like mold in the room we eventually ended up staying in, but the staff quickly changed them out. We were supposed to stay four nights, but after the first night we had enough and the manager was more than happy to cancel the remainder of our reservation and issue us a full refund based on our particular situation and their mistake.

On Hotel Phuket has been newly renovated and appears bright and pleasant. The staff, while not especially friendly, did a good job of responding to requests accurately during what was clearly a busy period.
I would warn potential visitors that this hotel is exposed to a lot of noise from nearby partying at night. It's right by the street so from my room I got a massive dose of bass when certain cars went past.
Also, the bath towels were terrible. They weren't capable of absorbing water at all.
I enjoyed the attached restaurant. The food and staff were good.

Vous garde bien volontiers vos valises pendant que vous allez quelques jour sur une île avant votre séjour dans l'hôtel, vous commande un taxi pour l'aéroport et quand votre départ est très tôt vous fournissent des lunch box si vous avez pris une chambre avec petit déjeuner !! Nous recommandons cet hôtel fort agréable et sympathique.
