นำไมไหลแตโรงแรมไมแจงลกคา และปลอยใหเชคอน โรงแรมไมสามารถแกไขปญหาใหลกคาไดเลย หองอยชนบนสด พนกงานแจงวาใหลงมาใชหองนำหนาฟอนตซงอยอกตก ขอเปลยนหองมาอยตกทนำไหลและยอมจายเงนเพม พนกงานกบอกไมรเรอง และเปลยนใหไมได ถาใครจะจอง แนะนำใหโทรถามทางโรงแรมกอนวานำไหลหรอไม สดทายอยไมไดและตองเชคเอาทออกมาหาโรงแรมใหมกลางดกโรงแรมควรจะแจงลกคาตงแตกอนเชคอนวามปญหาน หากโรงแรมไมพรอม กไมควรเปดใหจอง ไมประทบใจมากๆ. The water was not running and the hotel staff didn't inform us at all upon check in. There was no solution for us. The only solution provided was only letting us use the bathroom at the front office which was location downstairs, another building. But, our room was on the rooftop the 4th floor and yes, no elevator. We asked to change the room and willing to pay more money but the staff said we couldn't cause he didn't know how to change. It was terrible. Don't ever come to this hotel!

โรงแรมติดหน้าหาดชะอำเหนือเลย โลเคชั่นคือดี หาโรงแรมไม่ยากมีลานจอดรถ ห้องพักตามราคาไม่ได้ดูเก่าเลย มีระเบียง ห้องกว้าง แต่ห้องน้ำเก่าไปนิดนึง ไม่มีแปรงสีฟันให้ ตู้เย็นเก่าและเสีย

ที่พักอยู่ไม่ไกลจากหาด เดินประมาณ 500 เมตรถึง ใกล้ๆ มี7-11 อยู่ในชุมชนที่ไม่แออัด และไม่ พลุกพล่าน กำลังดี บรรยากาศรอบๆดี แต่เลือกห้องไม่ได้เห็นวิวทะเลแอบเสียดาย ในห้อง ห้องนอนกว้าง แต่ห้องน้ำเล็กมากๆคือเล็กไป ห้องน้ำสกปรก แต่พอรับได้ แต่กลิ่นห้องน้ำแรงมาก(อันนี้ควรปรับปรุง) พนักงานบริการดีมาก สอบถามตอบได้ดี แนะนำดี แม่บ้านก็โอเคนะคะ

The room is good, beautiful, looks clean, 3 complaints 1. The staff is not in front of the counter, waiting for a long time to check in. 2. The old air conditioner is not cold enough to be cold for a very long time. 3. Toiletries Shower cream and shampoo that normally have to have, there is none here. Fixing this would be great.

ไปพักมาวันที่ 1/4/66 เราจองห้องที่มีระเบียง 2ห้อง แต่ได้แค่ห้องเดียว อีกห้องได้ห้องข้างล่าง ได้ถามพนักงาน บอกว่า ห้องราคาเดียวกัน เราจ่ายในราคาห้องระเบียงแต่ได้แค่1ห้อง ไม่โอเคเลย ผ้าเช็ดตัว เก่ามาก สมควรเปลี่ยรใหม่เถอะ แยกไม่ออกว่า ผ้าเช็ดเท้า หรือผ้าเช็ดตัว ห้องสวยดีนะ แต่ เหมือนไม่ทำความสะอาดมี ฝุ่นเต็มเลย ยากใย บนเพดานห้อง แทบไม่เคยทำเลยมัง แย่มาก
