location really strategic due to near famous area in pratunam. But the issue is the room not so clean and make us felt uncomfort such as blanket, bed sheet and towel really dirty even already change every day.

Apart from the very convenient location to go to shopping areas, the staff is also polite and friendly, I had a pretty bad experience here!!! Lots of bad smells, the room has many cockroaches, both small and big cockroaches!!!!!! The guests here are mainly Indian, many of them are quite rude. My room has 3 girls, and they knocked on the door at night! So very scared!!! Groups of female tourists should consider when choosing this hotel!

The hot water did not work since our first day staying till now. They don't provide toiletries, towel, coffee/tea maker and mineral water need to be asked to the staff everyday. They claimed in the portal there are microwave, hair dryer which is nonsense at all. I can say this is the worst hotel I ever stayed in my life. Very bad stay experience!
