Overall we are satisfied with the place, clean and good service.

Beautiful grounds. Pool was nice. Good location close to the airport.

The Paragon was great value but let down by poorly maintained services: the shower didn't work properly; The paintwork was tired, and overall it felt like the place lacked “love”.

Bad experience and not good customer service advice. Not honest with customers. On the night of 9.08.2019 I stayed and ordered drinks, beer and cocktails at the restaurant. After that, we paid all food and beverage bills. But when we checked, there was a bill to collect from us again. We did not pay the bill again because we had already paid all the bills. Last night, the female employee who worked that night made her mistake. She was a cashier she was not friendly. And not a professional in the service. She made mistakes and threw offenses for her customers and colleagues. There is no apology from her in this mistake. We feel good at check-in, but when checking out, I feel very bad about the service of this woman. First time and don't come back again, we don't recommend this place. ไม่ประทับใจเลยสำหรับประสบการณ์ในการพักครั้งนี้ครั้งแรกตอนแรกๆเราก็รู้สึกดีกับบรรยากาศของโรงแรม แต่พอเจอกับเหตุการณ์ในวันเช็คเอ้าทำให้เราเสียความรู้สึกอย่างมากๆกับพฤติกรรมและกริยามารยาทแย่ๆของพนักงานแคชเชียร์ที่บาร์น้ำที่ทำงานในเวลากลางคืนของ วันที่ 9.08.2019 เราได้สั่งอาหารและเครื่องดื่มและเช็คบิลจ่ายทุกอย่างเรียบร้อยแล้วในวันที่เราเข้าพัก.แต่วันนี้คือวันที่เราเช็คเอ้าพนักงานหญิงตอนกลางคืนทำบิลค้างไว้อีก...พอเราแจ้งเช็คเอ้าพนักงานรอบเช้าแจ้งเราว่ามีบิลต้องจ่ายอีก ซึ่งทางเราชี้แจงไปแล้วว่าเราได้จ่ายไปเสร็จเรียบร้อยแล้วทุกอย่างเมื่อคืนทุกรายการไม่มีค้างชำระใดๆและเราเองก้อเช็คดูทุกอย่างแล้วถูกต้องตามนั้นและยินดีจ่ายและให้ทิปในกล่องอีกให้อีกด้วย. ปล.อยากฝากบอกและแนะนำกับโรงแรมว่าควรอบรมตักเตือนพนักงานที่มีพฤติกรรมกริยาแย่ๆก้าวร้าวและไร้มารยาทแบบนี้ไว้เพื่อไม่ให้เกิดเหตุการณ์แบบนี้ขึ้นอีกซ้ำซาก พนักงานคนนี้ไม่ยอมรับความผิดพลาดในการทำงานของเธอ เธอมีเจตนาไม่ซื่อสัตย์ต่อลูกค้าและไม่ให้เกียรติลูกค้าและยังโยนความผิดให้ลูกค้าและเพื่อนร่วมงานของเธออีกแย่มากๆ *เราหวังว่าจะมีการปรับปรุงบุคลากรทีมงานให้ดีขึ้นกว่านี้ค่ะ.
