This guesthouse outside pretty but inside so untalkable. We booked 2 rooms with an infant and my parents upper 60 go with us. We chatted with them we need lower room at 1 month ago. They said they can put us on 1st floor. But now we are in 4th floor because 1st full 😓 and no elevator. I felt so bad with their service. When we checked in, because we came earlier at 1pm, my child got sick when boarding, we asked if we could check in early as soon as possible. They said we could wait 15m later but after 30m they still said we must checked on time 😓. At the 2nd day, all the hotel didn't have water from midnight to afternoon and no notice before to all guests. They only said the machine do now and wait 😫

Thinking of 100 baht for everything, the TV thinks 100 baht. The hairdryer is 100 baht. Think about it. How many baht is a new bed. Better sleep. The first and last time. Famous for breakfast with snacks. Just that. Boiled rice. No need to ask. There are five, six floors walking.

Day 1, he entered. The toilet was not pressed and the blanket was very thin. He asked for more blankets. The lobby staff gave the blanket on the 2nd day. The water didn't flow, just our room. Waiting for the housekeeper from 7 am to 9 pm The housekeeper has not yet come up. Go down to the lobby, no one Bought some water to shower because I had to go up the hill in the morning. We didn't have time. On the 3rd day I just realized that the housekeeper changed only the towels. And the sheets do not change over 3 nights.

Breakfast is just coffee, tea, toast, a lot of guests. Have to wait longer to get toast Housekeeping is not good. Have forgotten to add water to the bottle in the room but the receptionist is nice Hurry to bring drinking water The bottom is open for smoking, not suitable for children to stay. The pool is not too clean. But good, with easy parking, easy to find, near Tha Phrae Gate Price is not expensive.

The hotel outside is very grand, with a swimming pool and beautiful lounge space. But there was no elevator, an old, dirty room, patched equipment, a messy style. Losing away from Vietnam's roadside motel.

I don't recommend this Royal Guest House. First two days, almost 20 hours doesn't work water. First in our room, then in whole building. We could not go to toilet, have shower, nothing. Also rooms was very dirty. I don't recommend to be in room without shoes. Bathroom disgusting. My girlfriend got rash on skin from dirt. We suspect bedbug. Although this all staff was very kind, and manager gave us 50% discount for first 2 days when we experienced water cut problem. Building is very under-invested inside. So problem is likely owner.
