The entrance is scary. In an unsuitable location The atmosphere looks frightening.

the staff cant speak english, there is always puddle of water in the shower floor. Overall the room is big and clean

Clean rooms and okay facilities. Very close to Pratunam, 5 minute walk. In front there is a money changer with a fairly high rate than the bank, only if you take the grab, always grab the wrong location. Anyway, really satisfied using.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check in early. The room is big and clean. They provide shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, comb, shower cap. It is a comfortable place to stay when you are in Bangkok. Near to pratunam market. Seven Eleven is just around. There are so many massage shop around. Nice stay! Definitely will be back.

spacious rooms for families, close to the platinum mall, lots of Thai massage so that they can be massageed by the hotel. Only the location of the hotel is rather difficult to find because it enters the restaurant area, and the shower door door can't be locked.

My family was in Family room type, my husband and children were very satisfied with everything in the hotel: large rooms, clean rooms, nice room aesthetics, enthusiastic friendly staff, traveling BTS, Big C, Central World, Platinum Mall is convenient, so it's great.

Fun and close to anywhere. There are luggage scales so it makes it easy to shop so as not to over baggage. The hotel is in the same building as the Marwin villa. 1st floor of Siam's best hotel restaurant and children's playground. 2nd floor Siam best hotel loby and room + gym area. 3rd and 4th floors of the marwin villa hotel, overall good, except the TV which is difficult to adjust.

Hotel only have 1 key card. Despite having a family of 4. Hotel condition is fine.

All the stuff are rude, very disappointing.

Strategic location, a short walk to Platinum Mall. The room is really big. Shower bathroom water is not fast so long for Shampoo. But the plus points of this hotel are the scales for luggage and groceries, so you can guess that you won't over baggage.

The foreign staff spoke very badly. To go to check the room, but go to flip around on the bed, both with shoes Toilet is dirty, no cleaning, musty.

Very dirty. Bathroom is not clean. But the mattress is soft and comfortable TV can only watch from YouTube, no ordinary channels

The location is very strategic, however in the room we stayed in for a week, found 2 small cockroaches in the room. We ordered with the breakfast package, but during the stay the breakfast menu was always the same, there was no change.

I went 3 moms should book 1 large bed + extra 1 extra bed. The big bed is very comfortable, and the extra bed is a sofa so it's quite hard :( Spacious room, full facilities, large toilet. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor, hidden behind the buffe restaurant ... Times first time I have to rent tuktuk to find a way to get tired ... Breakfast is also ok, but the dishes are not very rich

This hotel has greatly ambience and besttt option to your stay for holiday in Bangkok. Nearest to Pratunam Market and etc. The interior is newly build and has very wide room. I’d stay for 2 nights here

We had a pleasant stay because of the very accommodating staff who even helped us book taxis around Bangkok. Facilities of the hotel are all excellent and seemed new. Hotel location is just walking distance to Platinum Mall, near Wat Pho, Grand Palace, Train Night Market, Four Face Buddha and a Thai Massage place outside the hotel. Would definitely stay here again on our next Bangkok trip. Highly recommend!
