We booked 2 rooms together. The date of arrival, it was found that the hotel had not checked or prepared the room prior to arrival due to There is 1 room where the phone rings all the time when the cable is plugged in. The air conditioner is unusually loud. Take a hot shower and cut it into cold water. And the bathtub was not cleaned in both rooms When moving to both new rooms, it was found that the room was not clean. In conclusion, go back to the same room You can only shower in one room because the other room has broken hot water. Can't turn on hot water The technician came to see and did not fix anything.

The room including bathroon is quite spacious but the air conditioner is a bit old. The hotel service is full of warmth and hospitality with good view of Kok River.
