Location was very good near bts and shopping mall, suite room is very large and have everything you need for living like stay home. Beautiful swimming pool but the Jacuzzi not start even we ask for. Sauna and fitness also work fine.

The renovation period has now been extended, and we anticipate completion by 31 October 2024. This extension will allow us to ensure the highest standards in the enhancement of our guest rooms, lobby, and pool deck.

Conveniently located hotel near the skytrain. Many shops, restaurants in the area and short train ride to the bigger malls. All the staff at the hotel are very nice. Have stayed here twice and will stay in the future.

Convenient location close to BTS, shopping and park. Many restaurants within walking distance. They have a great staff, everyone friendly, always greeting you. Housekeeping does detailed cleaning of rooms-move beds, dust windows etc.

The Serene was a very nice property, with friendly and helpful staff in a great location with everything you need within walking distance. Public transport was close by. Only issue I had was having to change rooms due to a very unpleasant odor from the AC system; second room was fine. Note: use the ‘Clean My Room’ card or it may not happen in a timely fashion.

Property was exactly what we needed for a 2 day stay in Bangkok. The area was conveniently located to the temples (maybe 25 min/$300 baht grab) and there are tons of bars and restaurants around. There’s also a train near by. Staff is friendly and the hotel offered many amenities including pool, room service, massages. It’s also a quiet street and the hotel was very clean. The only challenge we had was the hair dryer which was basically unusable because it wasn’t powerful enough. Would stay again!
