Poor. Booked a room and the staff didn't know anything. Reserve a room to stay through the app. Come knock on the door. Will the customer stay? So I said I had already made a reservation and it was very bad. Suddenly unlocking the door to the room while the owner of the room isn't there is not cute. This kind of behavior.

Bad, the staff wanted to know how much the reservation was. Coming to the door again is very bad. The owner should improve the manners of the employees. You shouldn't have asked how much the reservation was. The employee asked the customer how many baht the reservation cost. So he replied that he should ask the owner. The employee said that he would not tell you. You are just an employee but want to know about the boss's business. Change the verb. too
