The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, perfect for a family of three.

I stayed from January 1st-2nd, 2026. The room was quiet with no noise from the neighboring rooms. The air conditioning was cool, and the price was very reasonable. I only stayed one night, just wanted to find food on the beach and didn't expect much. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I would suggest the cleaning staff be a little more thorough, especially regarding cobwebs in the wardrobe and the used condom we found under the toilet in room 102. The bed was hard, but the blankets and sheets were clean. Luckily, we had an extra mattress in the car, so it wasn't a problem. Overall, it's a very good value accommodation for a holiday, and I would likely choose to stay here again ❤️ because the reception staff are lovely.

The grandmother who took care of me was very punctual. She arrived almost an hour early and wanted me to check in at 2 pm. I had to wait outside. It was hot, but the room rate was reasonable and suitable for people who have a car because it was very difficult to find shops and restaurants.

The first time I booked through the app, the first room I got was even worse. Very creepy, dirty. In front of the room, there were two big trees. When I opened the door, I stood with my friend, pale. Didn't dare to go in. So I agreed to pay another 200+ baht to get a better room because the person at the counter said that you would get a TV with a higher price. As you can see, the TV didn't have a single channel. It was dirty. The bed, sheets, blankets, and pillows all stank. It was like they had given a dead person a mattress to sleep on. I don't know if they've ever washed it. It was itchy and smelled until morning. There were cobwebs too. The bathroom was stagnant, dirty. Wasted 550 baht, but look at what you got and the last picture. We opened it and were shocked. We found someone else's shirt in there. It was old and creepy.

จองห้องแบบ Superior ถือว่าดีครบตามมาตรฐาน แอร์ ตู้เย็น ทีวี ห้องน้ำมีเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น โดยรวมดี แต่เตียงจะเป็นแบบแข็ง หลายคนอาจจะไม่ชิน แต่ส่วนตัวชอบแบบนี้เลยไม่มีปัญหาอะไร

The rooms are clean, have a water heater, refrigerator, TV, WiFi, air conditioner, inexpensive price, convenient parking, close to the main road (Sukhumvit).
