Summer Spring Hotel

A pleasant and peaceful stay. Room was clean and spacious, staff was friendly and helpful, Convenient location and the beach was just around the corner. The hotel was not too crowded, no group tours , that was nice !

Stayed before. Friendly staff. Rooms looking a bit tired though.Biggest fridge of any hotel I have stayed at. Good for snacks and personal choice of drinks. Close to Central Marina shopping centre. No kettle in the room though. I like to make a cuppa at all hours.Otherwise good.

Good location just far enough away from centre but still easy to get to. Pleasant staff..nice food and pool.

This hotel has nothing in the area, No shopping, dining or entertainment. The hotel rooms are fitted out with old style bathtubs that you have to climb into. Dangerous for older people. The faucet is even older and didn't work properly. Amenities lacking one a small bar of soap, shampoo and hair net. That was it. I have stayed in the heart of Pattaya in hotels much better than this one for 60% cheaper. The hotel was empty. I found out why. The TV was small and it looked like it was from the 80's much the same as the bathroom fittings. No attention to detail. The shower was left on and it was pointing outside the shower, so a shocking surprise when you reach in to turn on the water. Because of the street noise, I had asked for a higher floor, I was turned down unless I wanted to pay 20% more for a higher floor in an empty hotel. No thought to customer satisfaction only how much they can make. It certainly is not about the customer. I would never stay here again. In fact the area is like a retreat. I have stayed in several hotels in the city center with all the food and entertainment right outside the hotel for 60% less and better-conditioned rooms and amenities. Plus the small narrow street it was on could be viewed by some as dangerous at night.

For economy accommodations in Pattaya, you cannot really find better. The beach is a block away, there are a dozen different secure Wifi routers to connect to, a stocked mini fridge, a digital safe, a deep tub and shower...the bathroom has granite counter tops, and what might be marble floors. Everything is slightly worn, but I am perfectly pleased and had a extremely comfortable stay. Laundry Services are right outside the door, a couple buildings down, right next to a masseuse, fruit stand. During the day, there are usually a cart outside selling fried chicken and another selling sodas. The hotel also has a restaurant open until the evening. Maid service top notch and friendly.

good location, freindly staff, plenty of tv channels, have stayed here before.

Had nice ocean view. Room was dated, but clean and very large. Had 2 TV`s, unfortunately one in bedroom had such a poor signal it was unwatchable. Water in shower was tepid at best. Maintenance called in to fix with no improvement. Weather was hot so not as bad as it could have been. WI-Fi signal was poor in the room. Cleaning lady very friendly & helpful. Hotel has nice pool & overall was OK for a few days. It was relatively cheap compared to some nearby hotels so in regards to value for money it could be a consideration. King bed very comfy with sheets changed daily.

I have stayed there before four years ago and found it excellent just as before.I found no negatives at all good value for money

It was Thai new year and unless you look water fights stay away from Pattaya at this time of the year

my stay was unenjoyable from the moment i checked in. first they could not find d my reservation then they gave me a 3rd floor room that stunk of cigarette smoke and had a lot of black mold in the washroom. I asked to be moved but they insisted three were no.other rooms available. I tried to stay but could no.longer stand the smell so left at 9pm to a different hotel. Word of the wise, make sure you insist on a non smoking room when booking.

Clean hotel, comfortable bed, very hot water, air conditioning had 3 level for your comfort, good maid service, on a quiet street (good nights sleep)

The stay at Summer Spring was quite satisfactory. Centrally located, and close to Beach and shopping centre

this hotel is so bad had so many problems did not speak English mould in shower cold water rude staff air condition not work change room 3 times all as bad as other very bad hotel

It was really goood value for what we paid for. The pool view was spectacular even though it was just on the 9th floor. Nice spot for sunset. Room was large and with a huge balcony. There are no loud bars nearby but there's tops and McDonald's on the beach road.
