I was pleasantly surprised at the quality compared to the bargain price I paid, Hotel was awesome.
Room was fantastic, clean modern, sound proof balcony, quiet and room service was excellent with fresh sheets everyday. Comfortable bed and pillows plus free coffee and tea, front desk staff were always friendly, keeping my safety and security paramount.
Plenty of parking for motorbikes and cars, fully functioning gym with great little pool and lounges on the rooftop with a bar.
Buffet breakfast was a great selection including fresh omelet’s and fruit with decent coffee, rotating selections daily, pastries and cereals, lots of hot selections too.
Great for the solo travellers or families it’s a blend of everyone having a good time.
Thank you Vista for the great stay at great price keep up the awesome work.

Love staying here when the price is comparable to the quality. High season or holiday rates are not worth it.
Only 2 comments:
1) The refrigerator in 604 needs repaired/replaced. The seal on the door is bad and door does not seal anymore.
2) The showers need a proper shelf in them so guests don't have to put their shampoo, soap, etc.
Other than that, all good.

I always stay in the 1-bedroom suite or studio, so I cannot speak to normal rooms. But I love staying here. The large rooms are very comfortable, especially if you're working remotely and like to bring / make your own food. Service staff is great.
The only poor marks are a) the showers, which are average at best. So-so pressure and vanilla waterheads. A massage or rainshower shower would be better. And the location isn't great.
Low season reasons are very good and a good deal. High season rates are not worth it and I won't stay there at those prices.

Nothing fancy but well priced and well located. Easy access to beach (short walk), very goid breakfast buffet, lots of evening dining options. Away from very busy center of Pattaya but easy access when you want to go. Enjoyed our 5 night stay.

Good location. Quiet but still close to all interesting areas. WiFi worked great in the room, but terrible in the breakfast room. They did not clean my room one of the three nights we stayed. Hotel is old but still in very good condition. I would stay again.

Great hotel, not far from beach and shopping malls. Lovely pool area on roof and well equipped gym. Plenty of local food nearby. Breakfast was excellent and all the staff were amazing and very helpful. Rooms were nice and very clean. Great stay, thank you.
