I booked for almost 2,000 baht, but the room I got was the same as the 500 baht room, giving the reason that they booked the same room (is there such a thing?). They made a terrible excuse. If they didn't have the room I booked, they should have refunded the money, not sent me to stay at a place much cheaper than I booked. They seem responsible, but they take advantage of consumers to the max. It's terrible.
