Bed and pillows to hard. AiC very noisy

Over all it was a good stay, place are standard yet decent location wise.. the place could do better specifically the restaurant and service and options on drinks.

Clean rooms and hotel, free water and lots of nearby shops and restaurants

I spent 9 days at The Front Village, it’s a great location just outside the hustle and bustle of the main town. You are situated on the main road and you can hear the taxi’s but you get use to it after a few days. The staff are very friendly and helpful,we were provided with bottles of water every day, the room had excellent air conditioning and a mini fridge and was cleaned daily. I would recommend The Front Village

I loved everything about my stay, staff were adorable and very helpful room cleaned everyday & new towels when needed, food lovely too. I especially found Dean & Em were helpful & went above & beyond, they are an asset to your hotel.

This hotel is very dated and is overdue renovations. Staff were over reaching and accused us of taking a face towel. Would not stay again. Avoid

Loved the location of this property, local to everything, Very clean. Staff all lovely. Breakfast menu not that clear so at first you think it’s just that, that is at tables however you can ask for pancakes, bacon eggs etc to be cooked individually

This hotel was fine. The landscaping was perfect and a VERY convenient location since the beach was right across the street. The bed was hard and the food for breakfast was not what I would have expected. There weren’t a lot of options but hey, it came with my stay and at least I could eat something. The receptionist went above and beyond even with me not being fluent in Thai and the spa staff were IMMACULATE!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff were unhelpful, lied to my boyfriend and I saying they were fully booked making us pay the most expensive price once we tried to extend our stay. There was nobody by the pool and it obviously wasn't full as we could see empty rooms. We wanted to extend our stay for a couple nights and the price was cheaper online ($32) so when we went to show the front desk so we could just pay it right away. They told us to just book it online for the cheaper price cause they couldn't do it at the front desk for some reason... Then when we went back to out room to book it the price magically went up to $98. I didn't realize and booked it and when we wanted to get a refund cause I can afford almost $400 for 3 more nights they said it was non refundable. We also didn't get breakfast which was ridiculous because I have no idea what I payed for. They also tried to charge us for beer that we replaced because it didn't have "tfv" written on-top. The staff didn't do anything to smooth over the situation or make us happy. Would never recommend staying here and hope karma gets them. I'm extremely disappointed and so glad to be out of there and in a new hotel.

They lied to our face. We payed 32 Canadian dollars for our stay. We payed online. We thought we could just extend our visit by paying cash but they said the rooms were completely booked, and if we want to stay it’s triple the initial price.. the rooms were all empty our entire stay. 👍 I don't like liars. We paid them, then the price went back down the next day. Never again. Also they don't speak good English.

I liked the picturesque swimming pool. The air-con was noisy. No waste paper basket in room -frustrating. Fridge beer 130 Baht ? - a BIG no no Staff fabukous.

I enjoyed the swimming pool and swim up bar. The proximity to Karon Beach is also really nice as it was walking distance. The restaurant attached to the hotel was okay in terms of food and service.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is clean and the staff is so nice. We recommend maybe upgrade the mattress they where very hard to lay on.
