เรื่อง การตรวจความเรียบร้อยของห้องพักในแต่ละห้อง ควรจะให้พนักงานผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องตรวจสอบการทำความสะอาดของแม่บ้านทุกครั้งก่อนให้ลูกค้าเข้าพัก เนื่องจากมีความไม่เรียบร้อยของห้องพัก เพราะสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกไม่ครบครัน คือขาดแปรงสีฟัน ไดเป่าผม เพราะเคยมาพักก่อนหน้านี้มีให้ แต่วันที่เข้าพักล่าสุดไม่มีให้จากการโทรสอบถามพนักงาน พนักต้อนรับตอบว่ามีให้ แต่ในความเป็นจริงคือไม่มี แม่บ้านลืมเพราะไม่ไม่ใครมาตรวจสอบ ประกอบกับการทำความสะอาดโถชักโครกพบว่าใต้ฝารองนั่งสกปรกคราบฉี่ จะโทษแม่บ้านว่าทำความสะอาดไม่ดีก็ไม่ใช่ว่าต้องรับผิด ต้องโทษฝ่ายตรวจสอบห้องพักด้วย เพราะต้องมีพนักตรวจสอบการทำงานของแม่บ้าน ไม่งั้นเจ้าของโรงแรมได้รับผลดฝกระทบทัั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อม จากการที่่ผมเข้ามาพักบ่อยจึงแจ้งปัญหาที่เกิด แต่ก็ยังมาเข้าพักเพราะห้องนอนหลับสบาย ล่าสุดผมพักห้อง507 คืนวันที่ 1 และคืนวันที่ 2 มี.ค67 แต่คืนวันที่ 1 ห้องพักรายละเอียดตามที่ผมแจ้งไปครับ

ห้องน้ำไม่โอเคร -ห้องน้ำในกระจกที่อาบ น้ำไหลออกตามช่องประตูออกมาทางช่องอ่างล้างหน้าอย่างเห็นได้ชัด แล้วท่วมเอ่อ ***แม่บ้านล้างทำความสะอาดเวลาที่ทำถ้าสังเกตบ้างจะรู้ได้ทันที ห้อง 609 -ที่ฉีดชักโครกควรจะอยู่ฝั่งขวา เนื้อที่เหลือถ้าติดตั้งแล้วมาตรวจสอบ

The hotel said the room I booked was sold out so they transferred me to the opposite hotel. The room was nice and clean but I didn't like that view. I feel dissatisfied with the experience

I was very surprised by this hotel with all the facilities provided but at a very affordable price. The rooms are spacious, everything is complete with a gym, there is a swimming pool, the staff are all friendly, there is a delivery service using tutuk to the nearest BTS station, equipment such as shampoo, handbody & soap are all like buying in a shop kwkwk & it's free, basically if I go to Bangkok again I will come back to stay here. :).

Reserve a single bed room 7-10 days before arrival. We stayed for a total of 4 days and 3 nights. which is a special price from the AFL Before the actual arrival date Call the hotel to inquire about the room you reserved (details of the hotel) written as a double bed) but the picture is a double bed This time we will get a big bed, right? The employee then replied: I'm not sure if the customer will get a single bed or a double bed. Because the customer reserved a room at a special price. Me: But in the details, write a single bed. Why do I have to worry about what kind of room I got when checking in? and reserved for a long time Didn't you lock the room for me? Employee: The customer reserved it for a special price. (Cheaper than usual) So I hurried to check in. The staff informed me as usual. So I confirmed in a loud voice that I asked for a single bed (not close to the bed), then the manager turned to talk (probably someone with more authority) and informed me that yes, I could change the room for you. That is, there is a vacant room. But I won't give it!!! The hotel gives real customers the basis that the special price and the full price are not the same. Overall, everything in the hotel is very good. I like everything. There is a wireless charger. Except for the above events and the room is not soundproof. Whoever is dragging the bag, whoever is talking, I can hear everything 😂

Lokasiny enak. Ujung jalan ada 7 Eleven. Untuk transportasi enak juga, dekat Halte Suda Palace. Ke Chatuchak bisa jalan 1.5 km. Cuma air minum dapet 1x aja. Kalo nambah bayar. All over menyenangkan stay di sini

แนะนำเลย หลับสบายมากกกก เตียงกว้าง จอดรถได้หลายคัน และอยากจะบอกว่าพนักงานที่นี่ไม่ว่าพนักงานต้อนรับ แม่บ้าน ลุงรปภ.น่ารักทุกคนเลย เป็นกันเองมากเลยค่า ❤️ มีโอกาสมาแถวนี้ จะนึกถึงที่นี่เป็นที่แรกเลยค่ะ 🥰
