Very comfy bed and toilet seat. Shower pressure was nice. The shower head is a bit high on the wall so better suited for tall people, but possible to use as handheld. Great location. Quiet. Some mosquitoes snuck in the room before or as we arrived, otherwise a great stay. Would recommend.

We would 100% stay here again. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and walking distance to food, massages and night markets. We were honestly a little nervous when our shuttle turned down what looked like a back alley to get to the hotel but it was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was transiting through Chiang Mai and had a great stay. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is close to restaurants and main streets, tucked away in a quieter street.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Anh (i believe) in reception was so kind , always said hi and bye but also helped me during an emergency when the ATM didnt dispense money.
The rooms were as pictured but there are lots of mosquitos and bugs in the property, the only reason to lose a star. They are considerate and aware as they leave mosquito repellent in their lobby for anyone to use. We had lots of ants in our room which got into our luggage which we noticed when we were in the airport.

It is in a good location to the old town and many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. There was no elevator or lift but the staff helped with the bags. It was a comfortable stay. Based on our experience we would stay again.

I enjoyed my stay there, but there were a few issues.
Walls are a bit thin if you have noisy neighbours that like to slam doors, no pool, no elevator which is an issue if you have bags and are on the top floor, and the owners have a little dog which can be a little barky, and can hear it in reception from the top floor.
No breakfast supplied either.
However, it was clean, convenient location & fairly cheap.
I will definitely consider staying there again
