I was in R#412 Beautiful and Clean room I was here for 1 night so I didn't explore much But staff were so professional the foreign guy on night reception were very helpful professional and well mannered. There was little bit of disappointment regarding F&B service but nevermind. Breakfast was delicious but not much of a choices. I recommend to all book the room with breakfast included because paying 400 or 450 for the breakfast at hotel didn't worth it. whatsoever clean comfy bedroom made my stay great so I will definitely coming back again. Thank you for your service ☺️

The hotel is okay .... but not satisfied with the service ... The day of the stay, write down the car under the basement building, when going up the elevator, will check in, open the door, can't go in. It was raining. The staff locked the glass door at all. Let the mechanic staff pass by Help coordinate The staff then took us to check in and he informed me that he was afraid of the strong wind that would blow the door to be broken by the vase ..... so the door was locked (but should there be staff waiting to look at it to open for customers who come to check in? To customers Must follow to coordinate like this) the check-in date Collect a deposit of 2,000 baht, so the staff said there was not enough cash. Can I transfer money through the app? Because you forgot to press cash or have an ATM? Will you press the staff to notify you, there is no money transfer service through the app, and ask them to go to the customer to withdraw money outside, which is very far. Customers have to drive to press. At that time, it was raining. In the end, it was impossible to place a deposit before reaching a conclusion.
