Tiger Complex Hotel

I stay 7 nights at the hotel, the problem is 7 nights the bed sheet doesn’t change include the blankets, the cleaner just fix it, and the bathroom we clean it every day she clean it maybe just 2 days , the small shampoo and shower gel just first day they give to me i spend money $700 AU

Not the same room as in the pictures listed, they intentionally give you the room that’s least preferred with no window facing outside, because we booked it online, they assumed we wouldn’t know and said that in front our face to themselves thinking I would not understand their language which I do clearly.

Noisy dirty bad smell and irresponsible for somethings

The staff were very friendly. However, the room reeked of cigarette smoke. Cleanliness left much to be desired, and to top it all off, there were cockroaches in the room. I absolutely do not recommend it.

hotel was good and great location but the bed is very bad hard bed feels like sleeping in the floor the hotel need to fix the bed problem

Very great staff very accommodating our flight got delayed and they let me still check in late I will be back for sure great place

Hotellet ligger jätte nära jung ceylon köpcentrum. Rummen är väldigt stora och billiga.
