Rooms and fittings are a bit old, but the private beach makes it ideal for a relaxing beach vacation, particularly very safe for families with young kids. There are daily free shuttle buses to Patong, and staff are friendly.

This hotel's staff is actually friendly and helpful. However, the air-condition is so old (water dropping from it), toilet floor's pretty slippery, me & my son slipped anyway. Hard to find food outside the hotel, but on the hotel restaurant they only have few menus (cost quite expensive). View from balcony great.

We only booked for 1 night but we had an early morning tour the next day so we checked out early and they let us store our luggage in their storage for free. Also they let us take a quick shower after our tour. That was an awesome place with awesome staff especially the male receptionist. (Note: due to the delay in our flight, we checked in late at around 10pm)

Bad service. Staff has no idea what was going on. Particularly in the restaurant. Just ordering a coke I watched about 5 staff try and organize it and in the end it was left sitting on the bar. Key card for the room failed to work at least once a day. Beach was nice, that was about it.
