V good ambience. Nice & clean throughout the entire place. The reception & house call is good & prompt. The only disadvantage is it 's not walking distance to shopping vicinities. But very convenient by Grabbing a car or Taxi to wherever we wish to go. It 's walking distance to the Phayap Pier. So take ferry (very economical ticket prices) to some of the shopping areas eg. Iconsiam.

1. ไม่มีที่จอดรถ พนักงานแจ้งต้องไปเช่าจอดที่ฝั่งตรงข้ามและต้องย้ายรถตอนตี 4 ของวัน (ฝั่งที่พนักงานให้จอดไม่มีให้จอดข้ามคืน) ต้องไปหาที่จอดรถเอง 2. ต้องเสียค่าที่จอดรถเพิ่มอีก 300 บาท 3. จองห้องแบบ 1 เตียงใหญ่ เขียนในตัวเลือกคำขอพิเศษแล้ว เพื่อย้ำเตือน เปิดห้องมาได้เตียงเล็ก 2 เตียงไม่เป็นไปตามที่จอง ลงไปแจ้งพนักงานทำสีหน้าไม่พอใจ 4. พนักงานทำสีหน้าไม่พอใจ บอกว่าแอปนี้มีปัญหาตลอด เปลี่ยนให้ลูกค้าได้ครั้งนี้ครั้งเดียวนะคะ (รอบหน้าคงไม่มาพักแล้วหล่ะค่ะ) 5.เราเช็คอินตอน 4 ทุ่ม หวังว่าพนักงานจะได้รับการอบรมเรื่อง Service mind ให้มากกว่านี้
