It was nice clean and spacious. The place served one of the best breakfasts that we had in our entire 12-day trip. In a slightly quieter street, I was quite unwell and I was able to rest up and get better in the comfort of this place. I wished I had stayed here throughout our Bangkok trip

Front desk staff are friendly and they are always ready to answer your doubts especially a female staff who worked midnight shift on 09 and 10 Oct. Definitely will come back to this property when I come to Bangkok next year

The staff are really kind and nice and professional. Location is great and the unit itself is very efficient and clean. There are only two issues that I had during my stay, which could be a problem for some guests. There is no sound insulation through the front door. You can hear people doing dishes and talking from adjacent rooms even though doors are closed. Also, every time a family opens and closes their room door it echoes and vibrates, and is extremely loud. Besides that the towels are very stained and smell unclean. Otherwise the property is excellent. The staff is great.

Family stay in their 2 bedroom suite. Horrible attitude from the staff and a TOXIC weird commercial office environment in the lobby area. Rude front desk staff. “You can check Google” and so many other points - being chased for deposit receipt (scam trick) and check out. Did not feel welcomed. I should have taken a deposit from the hotel for non-performance from their side. Drainage blocked, apartment not maintained, fake bathtub, AC remote not functioning in the living area, creating lots of inconvenience. Just an horrible experience - and will definitely not come back.
