Hotel for someone on a very limited budget. This property is old, run-down and poorly maintained. The location is down a poorly light side ally. No elevators at the property. The stairs to upper floors are very steep and difficult to navigate. The bed was very hard to sleep on. The mattress was extremely thin, and you could feel the wooden box frame pressing against your body when sleeping. However, the price was very cheap, and the location was in walking distance of many Restaurants and the Entertaiment District.

The room stunk of cigarette smoke, there were roaches in the drawers, the bed was as hard as a rock and the water was turned off for 2 hours on my second day. I left after the 1st night and found another hotel!!!

Only stayed for a few hours on a stopover between Bangkok and Chiang Mai. It was adequate for the $18 I paid. The shower was hot(ish), and there was air conditioniing.

The location is superb for night life, bars etc. and the staff are on duty 24/7. It is an old building but the room was large and they clean every day and provide 1l of bottled water every day as part of cleaning.

I didn't get the hotel I booked looking at the web site and diverted to a untidy adjoining hotel which was way bad standards. So noisy around the hotel because of the construction of buildings and even could not take a rest during the day time. Toilets are very untidy and small.
