amazing location, most staff are really nice, plenty of food verity only when things dont go to plan do staff strugle to get things done. we had aircon leak though out the stay

Amazing hotel. Lovely service, friendly staff. The hotel is big, 3 pools with one pool for children. A nice gym, outside area is green and nice. Beach is well maintained and with cool vibe. Food is very good.

Room was clean but located opposite a service room so every time a service person went in/ out the door banged. We were staying only for a few days so couldn’t be bothered to pack everything and ask for a new room. I was really looking forward to the food but I was really underwhelmed. In the buffet, a lot of the fresh meat/ fish was bland. I found things to eat but can’t say I enjoyed every meal. The meal in the à la carte was definitely the best meal we had. Spa staff were friendly and I had a nice massage. Reception staff could change pounds to local currency but weren’t able to change the other way round. Either change small amounts at a time or spend all of the local currency before heading to the airport to avoid getting your money taken. Ok for an affordable break but wouldn’t say I’d return.

Great hotel with great facilities. Right on the beach and safe and convenient to walk outside to the shops/coffee shops etc. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The animation team are AMAZING. Mady, Luca, Mimi, Suzi....everyone works so hard. Hotel is always clean and tidy. Reception staff are very friendly and helfpul. There is alwasy some kind of activity happening around the pool or hotel. Somwthing to suit everyone.

Similar quality to hotels I've been to in the Caribbean. Staff friendly and efficient, range of food good, room clean. Grounds well-kept, pools were cleaned daily it seemed (too cold to go swimming unfortunately). Difference was extra security (appreciated). Only problem encountered was that the large lobby area was extremely noisy all through the day and night due to absence of soundproofing in the ceiling. Plenty of parking for rental car.

Cette organisation est bien faite Le restaurant est très bon, la qualité des plats est un sans faute et les cuisiniers sont supers sympas !!! Toutefois, quelques bémols expliquent la note. Pour un 5 étoiles - à l’arrivée pas de service disponible directement Logement qui se font un peu abîmé et qui devraient être rénovés ou rafraîchis Il n’y avait pas de restock des shampoings gel douche en systématique chaque jour 1 seul restaurant, nous avions l’habitude d’expérience dans des hôtels 5 étoiles avec plusieurs lieux pour manger ce qui est plus agréable car donne moins l’impression d’une cantine « four » et d’un service blindé Il y a sur place un médecin mais la consultation est payante de 25 e comparé à d’autres hôtels où c’est gratuit si vous avez un pépin sur place (accident du quotidien), le fait que cela soit en extra est dérangeant car le 5 étoiles doit prendre en charge des services qui expliquent son prix Chambre correcte mais parfois les draps étaient trop tachés (propres), ce qui n’est pas acceptable pour un 5 étoiles tout comme le fait de ne pas remettre de produits chaque jour malgré notre demande.. (Nous étions 4)

Spa var väldigt höjd ljudvolym, kanske man hade kunnat dela så barn var där dagtid och endast vuxna efter kl.16.00 på så sätt skulle set passa fler. Kunde göras mysigare med lite växter, kändes mer som en badhus än spa.

Très bon séjour dans un cadre agréable ! Nous avons adoré les piscines, la plage et la qualité des repas. Le personnel est souriant, attentionné et très professionnel. L’ambiance est chaleureuse et reposante, parfaite pour des vacances en famille. 🔸 À noter : le nettoyage quotidien des chambres pourrait être amélioré, et certaines chambres familiales manquent de balcon, malgré une jolie vue sur mer et piscines.

Très bon séjour, hôtel avec de l'âge, mais très bien entretenu. Personnel prévenant et très sympathique. Petit bug à l'arrivée avec la taxe de séjour, ou une erreur a été faite de 28 dinards sans reçu... Plage agréable, propre au niveau de l'hôtel, ne pas s'en écarter. Mais attentions aux vendeurs qui profitent des enfants... chambre faire tous les jours. Repas variés tous les jours. Animations différentes tous les jours. piscine hyper agréable, surtout celle devant la chambre... :). je conseille
