I've visited Istanbul many times, but this was my first time staying outside the busy city center — and it turned out to be a great decision. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient: just minutes away from the main attractions, yet far enough to avoid the gridlocked traffic of the city. The hotel itself is truly state-of-the-art, from the beautifully designed rooms to the excellent amenities. The staff were exceptionally friendly — I can honestly say they felt more like friends by the end of our stay. This will absolutely be my first choice next time I visit Istanbul

Imagine that you're staying at the Four Seasons but you're not paying Four Seasons pricing. We loved the hotel and the staff who were so professional and polite. It was beautifully appointed and we loved that it was attached to the Emarr shopping mall. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel rooms and food are very nice. But the situation with parking we awful as we had to pay $25 dollars for valet parking. As a guest at the hotel I expect my car valet parking to be free in a five stars hotel. And additionally, the staff didn’t provide information upon arrival about extra charge for valet parking service. And ask to pay while checking out.

Just like all other The Address i have stayed in this met up to my expectations, the suit was absolutely stunning, the staff where polite, helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean, easy access to the Emaar Square shopping mall and loads of restaurants. Spoilt for choice Overall 10/10 for me

The Address Istanbul is an excellent property right next to the Emaar Mall. There are plenty of dining options in the mall - for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms are extremely well decorated - the only comment I had was the dispenser shower gel / shampoo. Extremely accommodating and helpful room service and front desk staff

Luxurious hotel with spacious rooms and a Great price. Beds were comfortable and staff at the hotel were very accommodating. I definitely recommend adding breakfast on at booking if not the hotel charges $55 euro per person which is extremely expensive.
