For 4 years we are going to this hotelm it's clean, friendly and helpful staff.

Best option for a family with 3 kids (7-8 age)

Overall very good with excellent service. Parking was a little chaotic but other than that - absolutely fine and recommended.

Nice warm welcome;centrally located ;very neat and clean, sumptuous breakfast and lunch collect service . Very good value for money . The pick was their free welcome cookie. We purchased 5 more as they were emeralds yummy cookies .will love to stay again

The hotel is huge. To get to your room requires quite some walking in long corridors and then wait for the elevator which is small. It is interesting how they provide only one room key to a group of five people. The management should think of offering guests more than one room key. Our appartment had two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom. There was only one air conditioner that was placed in the living room which made it very inconvenient for the two bedrooms to get cooled down. It was very hot in July. The fridge was not working, it was not cooling down the drinks that we kept there. We called reception to tell them, but they didn't do much. Plus, some staff didn't speak sufficient English. The breakfast was wonderful. Parking is free. The hotel is far from the historic center so you need to drive.

Great property, clean (though they didn't clean under the pullout couch, which becomes apparant when the pullout is closed), air conditioned. Food was good. Location is the only downside, as it's far from the city center. Easy parking.

Too expensive and over rated. The noisiest place I have ever check-in. We were unable to fell asleep till 2 a.m. due to the noise below, infront of the main entrance of the hotel. Even after few calls to reception, no actions were taken to justify the conform of their quests. The house keeping was missing at all. The garbage bins were overfilled for 2 days, no one came to clean it up. No toilet paper and bathroom amenities filled on a daily basis. Cost like 4 star hotel, execution as a low level hostel. Potty!

Hotel definitely needs major update. The rioms are so basic and you don’t get what you pay for. Staff is friendly, good breakfast. There are plenty other hotels i can stay cheaper eith more comfortable rooms. I just tried Allan suites but it is not how it shines from the outlook.

The bed was like a concrete block and the front desk wouldn't help. The place has no soundproofing, we could hear the resident above us using the loo. The hotel was very noisy until about 3am with partying students.

Very clean and well maintained building

Herşeyden önce yatak nevresimleri temiz değildi ve sabah 2-3e kadar çevredeki gençlerin anırarak gülme seslerinden uyuyamadik. Sabah ise 6-7 saatlerinde başlayan temizlik sesleriyle uyandık. Otel kahvaltısı dört dörtlük olmasa 1 puan verirdim. Ayrıca odalara konulan 1 litrelik içme suları kesinlikle doldurma su. Sabah kahvaltıda başka bir müşteri de aynı şikayeti iletti görevlilere ancak inkar ettiler. Bilginiz olsun.

Wonderful hotel with great quality/price ratio. The room was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was rich and delicious. Staff was polite and helpful. It is not easy to maintain high quality level in such a big hotel, so congratulations to all of you! Keep it up.

Everything was clean. The communication with the staff was excellent and the breakfast was good. I would recommend for the hotel to provide more traditional Turkish breakfast. However, it was relatively difficult to find a free parking space, but this is common for the whole town.

Good value for the money. The complimentary breakfast was very good.The location is a little off.
