Reception staff and dining was good. Just the dining staff is a bit not social enough maybe because of the Language barrier. But the tinny woman downstairs sitting on the counter for the Sauna or Bath... She's terrible, ill mannered, unfriendly, and non respectful. Otherwise everything is good and satisfactory.

Speaktacular see view and being on the cliff top but still accessing to the sea was a nice experience! Hotel is very clean. Good size pool for a family with a kid. It would have been excellent if they had more things for kids but a good size pool and a water slide keep the kids entertained for hours. Food is delicious. I found out vegetarian or plenty of selection for different dietary requirements. Overall it was very good experience.

From check in to check out everything was smooth, personally i would say it is a luxury five star resort however it was a pleasant stay for us and we will be back. We booked an extra day with city view and they allowed us to stay in our sea view room. Mini bar only has water, maybe they can consider adding soft drinks but not an issue as soft drinks are available in the bar downstairs. Staff helpful and overall a very nice holiday

Room was average but bathroom needs updating ~ fresh towels and room Cleaned daily but The food was not good worse all inclusive I’ve stayed in same meals every day a lot of the food was not hot enough ~ restaurant not open long enough in evening only two hours ~ snack bar was awful no healthy options just junk food & lots of cakes ~ bar was very limited no rum unless wanted to pay! Pool was freezing cold but the deep bar decking area was lovely can go into the sea which was warmer & a life guard on duty ~ I Wouldn’t recommend staying here if want good food and facilities as also no entertainment at all

I stayed at this excellent hotel recently on October 2, 2025 for 5 days. It's a four star hotel property and safe to walk outside at nights. Even when it wasn't near the 5 Stars Resorts such as Titanic Deluxe or Delphine Imperial and etc, I highly recommended. The price is awesome and all the Inclusive meals especially the breakfasts. They need to have more variety on their lunch and more in their buffet dinners excluding fish. The slippers complimentary and balcony makes it an ideal hotel to stay in Antalya Turkey. Love the pool side and their Pina Coladas. The cleaning lady was outstanding. I would definitely returned no doubt.

Hotel was ok for the price paid food selection was good but a lot of single use plastic being used rather than glasses even paper cups sometimes in the restaurant. Rooms are a bit tired but clean enough. This hotel is not a 4* it’s a 3* at best.
