My husband and I stayed for 1 night. The room was spacious & clean, breakfast was great and the staff & service were excellent. We would definitely stay again.

it was a great choice to spend one night in this hotel during my road trip in Turkey, Spacious rooms, so clean and feels like home. Really comfortable bed
The staff are very friendly and speaks English.
The only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast buffet, they don't have juice and omelet. Other than that the breakfast is just fine.

Almost everything was great about the hotel. If I want to complain, the bar at the terrace was not working during my stay but may be it's because the season or the covid-19 related matter. Location of the hotel suits for me perfectly as I had a meeting nearby however it's not very close to the city center. It's like business area I suppose.
Open buffet breakfast was delicious, personnel at lobby and restaurant were nice and welcoming. Definitely suggest it especially if you need to be in that area of Ankara

Helpful and kind staff. Good size room but not so comfy beds. Especially the sofa bed is not a bed at all. You cannot sleep on it without waking up every half an hour

Good property. Very kind and helpful staff. The third bed was a sofa bed and not comfy ar all and hotel offered no solution. It is okay for 2 but if you are 3 then the 3rd bed is basically useless.

To sum up my experience, "The hotel was nice, but it didn't meet the five-star requirements. It seemed a bit old, and the rooms had a strong, stinky perfume smell. I asked the front desk for help on carrying my luggage to my room but he ignored and said we don’t have anyone to help. The decor didn't match the pictures and advertisements. However, the breakfast buffet was good and tasty. Overall, I'd rate it as a three-star hotel."

We are 3 persons all are adults while the room is double room with one double bed and sofa bed too small for adults.
We asked for a solution they sent us a mattress and the 3rd adult sleep on the floor.
Also the A/C is bad
