Bram Hotel Istanbul

This small hotel felt like home the minute we stepped in. The owners/managers (ally and his brother) really go out of their ways to make you feel welcomed. What an unexpected pleasant surprise when we opened the door to our room! What we discovered was a well appointed, decent size, clean, modern and very comfortable room. Breakfast was an other pleasant and delicious surprise. The owners acted as our private concierge making recommendations, making reservations, arranging transportation, making sure that we visited the best of Istanbul during our stay. The terrace overlooking the bay was fantastic. Location in the historical area was another plus. I definitely highly recommend the RAM Hotel

Great location and amazing people. So appreciated the warm welcome and the assistance received with way-finding in the city and booking a cab to the airport. The breakfast was amazing, cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

The owners of the Bram were at the hotel all the time to make sure our needs were met. They were also very helpful for giving us directions to local things to see and do. Hands down I would stay here again

I had an unexpected 2 day transit in IST. Based on reviews, I chose the Bram Hotel and I was so glad I did. Location is great, walking distance to historic sites and the tram. Roofside terrace with amazing views. Generous daily breakfast. But what stood out for me was the graciousness of the hosts who really took care of me like family. I got super sick the second day and they literally cared for me the whole day. I was sad to not be able to say a proper goodbye because I missed my alarm (for my transfer in the middle of the night back to the airport). But Istanbul is one of my favorite cities in the world and I try to go there when I can. I will definitely stay at the Bram Hotel again. Thank you Ali and Tarkan!

This hotel is fantastic. First of all the location - it is right near the old wall of the Hippodrome, and very close to some of the major tourist sites near Sultanahmet Square such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace. I walked to all and the Grand Bazaar. The owners are two brothers who were so welcoming and helpful in planning my tour of Istanbul. The room was small but well appointed and so clean. I used the rooftop to write emails and loved the view (and was shown how to use the lights, etc). Finally, the breakfast was also delicious. Real value for the low price. And they arranged an airport transfer too when I left. I hope to go back soon!

We had a fantastic 4 days at the Bram hotel. A beautiful boutique hotel in the center of all the attractions, yet a very quiet area. The owners went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We highly recommend this hotel.

This was a great hotel. The room was newly renovated, everything is clean and in good working order. Location is perfect for sightseeing. Breakfast is delicious and so are the espresso drinks. But it is the owners’ warm hospitality that really makes staring here such a special experience.

Fantastic location. Exceptionally clean. Wonderful roof terrace. But best of all is the service and attention to detail from Ali and the team. It was one of my wife's birthday whilst we were staying and they made it special by serving a beautiful small birthday cake at breakfast. They arranged themselves which was so kind.

Definitely a 10 out of 10!! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. Breakfast was delicious, but what truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. The hotel is family-owned, and they genuinely go out of their way to make you feel like part of the family. I felt warmly welcomed and well cared for throughout my stay. I’ll absolutely stay here again every time I’m in Istanbul.

Everything about this hotel was first class. Breakfasts were excellent and served with a smile. Beautiful, comfortable bedroom. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They made us feel at home. They couldn't do enough for us. Thank you all for an amazing stay. Will be back in a heartbeat if we return to Istanbul.

I’ve traveled a lot over the years stayed in many large and smaller hotels but staying at Bram Hotel was the best experience I have hD. Ali & Tarkan are on site from till late evening durning my visit. The Turkish breakfast is included and is amazing. I’m in Budapest at American chain and really miss the personal caring I got in Istanbul.

Wonderful hosts, great location. My single room was very basic, but had everything necessary and the bed was comfortable. Great breakfast.

I really recommend this hotel to anyone one who likes to travel and stay in clean hotels, good breakfast, close to many areas you must visit! Staff very friendly and went behind the expectation.

fantastic location. friendly and welcoming owner brothers ,Ali and Tarkan. newly renovated hotel thus rooms and facilities looks fresh and new. great breakfast and even better illy coffee made by Tarkan at the hotel cafe. it's a no brainer hotel if you wish to stay near the old city of Istanbul. highly recommended

The hotel is nice located to just a couple of walk to the Blue Mosque. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Terrace has an amazing view. Ali was really helpful with all the info and also arranged a cab for me back to airport on request. Will definitely come back!

We heard about the wonders of Turkish hospitality from friends well before our trip, but Mr. Ali and his team at Bram Hotel blew those expectations out of the water. Mr. Ali could not have been more friendly, professional, warm and knowledgeable. We highly recommend going through Mr. Ali to book your airport transfers to and from the hotel, it took a huge load off our minds and was so helpful. Our room (we stayed in rm 206) was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom (especially the shower) was surprisingly large and the hotel overall is in fantastic condition. Mr. Ali and his team put so much love and care into renovating and building out this hotel, and it shows. There won't be extensive lotions, skincare, or other toiletries/amentities in the bathroom other than shampoo and shower gel - but that is to be expected given the price. Also, the hotel's Turkish breakfast is incredible! Bram hotel = extraordinary value for the money, and we only wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you so much again Mr. Ali!
