From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, all of the staff was helpful and cheerful. Not only did they care for me when I was on property, they provided me with their phone numbers in case of emergencies. They all proud a sense of proud to their jobs and it shows. I will be back again and will tell my friends!

King Suite was wonderful. Lots of space, two bathrooms and a great shower. Nice amenities including a welcome bowl of fruit and cookies. A bit further from airport than we realized but a terrific one-night stay.

The service was amazing and very friendly. We had a last minute reservation and they arranged transportation to the hotel and to our cruise ship the next day. Breakfast was good. Coffee was ok. The honeycomb at the breakfast bar was huge.

Beautiful property but the traffic noise was crazy. Had to use earplugs to sleep. The kitchen was more than accommodating for my dietary restrictions of gluten free. Even the breakfast buffet was accommodating. Close to transit if you’re adventurous. Staff more than happy to please.

The hotel staff is nice and wonderful. Unfortunately, the simple thing like adapter they don't have for the devices, even though it is a free service provided by all 5-star hotels. The problem is that they sell the adapter to the customer under the pretext that he brought it from outside the hotel at a price more than 8 times higher than its official price. I don't know why the hotel is rated 5 stars.

The room was great, hotel staff were fine. Very disappointed with the restaurant on the 8th floor, did have the drinks they adverted on the menu. Next day we want to the main restaurant around 6pm ish. We were taken to our seats. Then a few minutes later the waitress came over and said that they are not open today and told us to go to the 8th floor. One question is why did they sit us down and why didn’t they have a sign saying they are closed. There are only few restaurants close to this hotel, not much of a choice for eating out.
