Crowne Plaza ANKARA by IHG

Spa was surprisingly good and spacious. Gym is OK. Breakfast was very well. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Good place for short stays

I enjoyed my stay at the Crown Plaza immensely. Sara and most of the staff were not only helpful and knowledgeable, but, especially Sara - the property fairy godmother, went out of her way to make sure guests were accommodated 100%! She gets a 6-star rating!

Clean spacious rooms in a good location near shops and restaurants.

Hotel was listed as a 5 star, but was more in line with a 4 star based its' amenties and lack of breakfast provided. Area surrounding hotel sould not have been listed as "city center", it's just outside of the city center in an industrial/shopping mall area.

3 nights in Ankara where the temperatures were around 26°c, no air-conditioning our room was as hotter rgan outside.

Stay & service was excellent and comfortable.

Great staff just needs better room service and the spa lady very rude while asking her for price she turned back and talked to someone else and left us behind !

Beautiful and reasonable

Changed Room because it was too hot. Second Room was still hot and uncomfortable. After shower we were already sweating. Room was okay and clean but the bedsheet was on the rough side. We booked the Room with Lounge , but upon arrival we were told that they still Need to set it UP since no guests were booked using Lounge. It was fine though. We had breakfast in the common breakfast area that is quite not the usual since we booked the executive Lounge Room. We were rushing to check out and stay out of the Room since it was so hot Like heated Room to that point.

We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed it stay. One of the good features was the included breakfast which was was very convenient. Staff were friendly as well. They do also provide an option for airport shuttle (costs almost 2.5 times a taxi) which is worth it for larger groups.

The AC unit in the room is excessively loud, making it difficult to fall asleep.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the doorman and he opened the taxi and carried my bags to the room. The doorman was very helpful on directions/information. Reception was great and honored VIP status with upgrade/breakfast. Sara, concierge, was very knowledgeable and welcoming, always had a smile on. Spa was very clean and modern. Spa reception was great on working on reservations and very polite. Breakfast was plentiful and hot/fresh. Room was modern/clean and bed was comfortable. Stay was very nice and the staff deserves a big thank you for paying attention to the details for customer satisfaction.
