Crowne Plaza ANTALYA by IHG

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, though a bit small, but perfectly fine for a one-night stay. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Next to the sea which was a bonus as well!

Don’t book this hotel

The room was ok. We bought half board but unfortunately both the dinner and breakfast was awful. The taste for both were terrible. The food was not fresh, there was little selection and the table was not ready with not enough waiters around. We had to ask for napkins, salt and pepper for our table. Even tea didnt taste well. This was so unexpected for us and dissapointing for a 5 star hotel that we decided to leave after 1 day stay and left after we paid in advance for 2 days. There was no attempt to reimburse us from the hotel managament except for a free tea or coffee for us which we did not accept. Both I and my wife stayed at 5 star hotels in Antalya over the years, ı regret to say that this hotel couldn't rate even close to those 5 star hotels such as Akra, Concorde, Ramada Megasaray etc.I would rate this hotel at 3 star level due to its cleanliness, location and scenic rooms but that's about it. I would not recommend this hotel at all. I would also say that the reviews on your website are very misleading. You should review this hotel and make the necessary changes so that future travelers do not go thru the same bad experience and lose their money. I forgot to mention also that nobody greeted us at the entrance and I had to carry our luggage all the way to the reception desk. When I told that to the lady at the desk there were no response and no apology from her. Another first bad and unusual experience for us in a 5 star hotel in Antalya .

The room was generally clean but could have been better. Three days into our stay, we requested for our room to be cleaned and the new towels they provided were old and hard to the skin. You could tell that the toilet was not cleaned, the stains on the mirror and sink before cleaning were still there. The staff is helpful but not so friendly. Breakfast was okay..served same food everyday.

I was disappointed that we don’t have WiFi the whole time we stayed. They said they gonna sort it out. But they don’t. Our room was fine but the hotel needs upgrading.

Good location

The internet was extremely slow, only about 10 MB, and only on one device. The minimum internet speed must be not less than 50 MB. Because of the slow internet, I wanted to cancel my stay, but they wouldn't let me do so without forfeiting all my money. I originally booked for seven days, but after two days I was ready to leave.

It was a good stay, the issue is the door slamming sounds in the morning, and the bad sound insulation.

The bathroom flush was leaking and there were bed bugs i have pictures aswell

Room was supposed to be a junior suit but totally neglected even basics wasn’t provided. Had to ask everyday for a cup as well as tea spoons. Staff wasn’t friendly, hotel was totally run down. We had stayed there before and I’m a member of IHG club. A total disappointment

I recently stayed here for 2 nights. While the location and amenities were decent, I found that the hotel didn't quite live up to its 5-star rating. Pros: - The breakfast was a highlight with a wide variety of options, which I really appreciated. - The hotel staff were generally friendly and accommodating. Cons: - The rooms and bathrooms were outdated, more in line with what you’d expect from a 3-star hotel. - The hair dryer in our room wasn’t working. After a technician came to check it, he claimed it was fine, but it stopped working again shortly after. I had to take a photo of the broken wire and show it to the reception to get it fixed properly. - The bathroom had several issues: mold and water damage on the door frame, an old tub with paint stains/scratches, and a sink and design that felt very outdated. - The room wasn’t what I expected from a 5-star hotel—more attention to maintenance and renovation is needed. In conclusion, while the location and breakfast were solid, the condition of the rooms and bathrooms really let the experience down. If you’re expecting a luxury experience, I would recommend looking for a place with more modern amenities and updated interiors

Maintenance of property is average not what you would expect in a Crown Plaza.

I was really disappointed with my experience at the Crowne Plaza Antalya. The staff attitude was unhelpful and at times quite dismissive — it felt like guests were more of an inconvenience than a priority. Service was slow, and basic requests took far too long to be addressed. The room itself was outdated, with worn furniture and a generally tired feel that didn’t match the photos online. It also wasn’t very tidy on arrival — dust in corners, marks on the walls, and the bathroom could have been cleaner. For a hotel carrying the Crowne Plaza name, I expected much better standards of service and maintenance. Unfortunately, this stay didn’t live up to expectations and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again

Room 812 (Junior Suite) has everything a 4-star hotel should have. Nothing beyond that. Just the bare minimum. The room was spacious but mediocre. The bathroom had a very unpleasant smell, and one of the showers didn't work. The restaurant menu is limited, bland, oily, and overpriced. You're not allowed to bring in outside food. So you either eat their junk food or go out to eat. If you want a quiet place to sleep, this isn't the hotel for you, as there are bars across the street that play loud music until late at night. But if you don't mind the noise, it shouldn't be a problem. The morning reception is good and helpful. The evening reception is substandard and is like the reception of a 1-star hotel. One of them pretended not to understand English when he initially did, and the other (I forget his name) seemed stressed, frustrated, and trying to start an argument while trying to correct a poorly written bill. The payment system for room service, laundry, and the restaurant is 0-star, as they rush you through the bill and ask you to sign papers for paying with a card not requiring a pin. The same person correcting the bill told me that guests run away without paying and that I may not pay it later or "I might forget it,” which later he apologized for, saying it was just a joke. It's truly embarrassing. Please respect guests; they are not friends or acquaintances. The staff should conduct themselves professionally. The jokes you made can be not funny. For 5 star hotel, the rooms were very dated. One of the room was in a very bad state, all the surfaces were covered in dust and mould in bathroom. Management were informed but nothing was done. Cleaning staff kept forgetting to replenish bathroom and tea mugs etc. A lot of training needed for most staff
