We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and had made sure everything was ready for us. Clean rooms and a good selection of food. Good restaurant and Spa/Gym & Pool area.

Best hotel to stay in, 5 stars literally Nice staff and very welcoming

I would have give this place 5 stars but its place is right next to no where! There is absolutely nothing next to his place, not even a place for dinning beside the hotel’s restaurant. You have to take taxi or local transportation to get around. It’s clean & staffs are great who speaks English compare to other places but this place is right next to cemetery & local warehouse. There is nothing to see around & no places to walk to local. Rooms are clean & all the amenities are great but my only complain is when you go to pool, you have to buy cap to cover your hair & they charge 3 caps for $40 which is kind of expensive & not worth it but facilities are super clean. Also, the food recommendations they send us was big rip off. Do your research & go to local place to eat.

i was expecting to have some basic things in the room as it is Hilton, starting from bathrobe, Hygiene products, personal care items, minibar ect ...

We gave booked 4 people and not been given bed we requested but kids one which was not fair despite paid for adult bed

Pool was closed without mentioning any notice when we book it . We have stayed for a week . Every day they push the opening of the pool to the second day ! AC was blowing hot last night . Branded hotel with expensive rate / night should have done better !

Broken beds, try to give you smaller than pair for rooms, poor cleaning, room service takes 2 hours. No gesture or compensation given, just excuses.

A mediocre place with most staff not understanding basic English. The breakfast that they have you pay additional for is the SAME EVERY SINGLE DAY. The entire property reeks of cigarettes, reconsider if you you have asthma.

Very good. Only issue was hot water that either came out very hot or cold. No warm water available whatsoever. Very difficult to take a shower.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Service & Unresolved Issues I stayed at this hotel expecting a great experience, but it fell far short. My room had loud wind noise coming through the door, making it difficult to sleep. Though they moved me to a corner room, service declined towards the end of my stay. Room & Cleanliness Issues: My original room lacked fresh air, and the bathroom had visible germs around the sink and floor. Towels were rough like sandpaper, and every morning, hot water came from the cold tap. Lobby & Room Service Issues: Lobby seating was uncomfortable, and room service was unreliable—my request for hot sauce was ignored. Unlike other hotels, they didn’t allow me to charge room service to my bill and demanded immediate payment. Breakfast Problems: Breakfast items like brown toast, dried fruits, and nuts were available only on my first day. The staff barely spoke English, and fresh eggs or omelets weren’t served until 8 AM, despite breakfast starting at 7 AM. The chef was unfriendly and annoyed by requests. Worst of all, when I left my table briefly, they cleared my entire meal without warning. By the end of my stay, no effort was made to leave a good impression. Inconsistent service and unresolved issues made this a disappointing experience. Would not recommend.
