Elysium Styles Taksim

Hello! I stayed 3 nights at this property! The staff in all Departments are very Friendly, helpful and Professional! The breakfast was very tasty and good variety for me😊 the room size was great! 10 min (hill) walk from Taksim station (metro nr m2)

Overall visit was nice and pleasurable, Staff specially Mubarak and Mohammad were absolutely kind and welcoming and helping us a lot. In general I would recommend this place, location was very convenient and breakfast was also pretty good!

The facilities are ok but there was a bad smell, probably from issues in the pipes and issues flashing. Water was dripping in the sink the entire night and couldn't be stopped

Very bad place

Usually dont leave bad reviews for places, but ill make an exception for this place. When I checked in they were busy, and over booked. They said they would move me to their partner hotel up the street (Elysium Taksim), and there would be no extra charge. I had booked for 2 nights. When I check in to the other place, all seems fine. Until the next day, they tell me that I was only booked 1 night in the other hotel and then they needed me to come back to the hotel, pack all my stuff and checkout, and then transfer back to the first hotel. Who wants to do all of that nonsense? I only had 1 full day in instanbul to visit the city which these guys ruined as they had power called me mid day asking me where I was so that I can check out. They didnt communicate any of this with me clearly when they transfered me from hotels, otherwise I would have easily just cancelled and booked another place. I would never have agreed to transfer my place just for 1 night. If they were overbooked, they should have just refunded me or transfered me somewhere else for both nights. It was extremely frustrating to deal with all this and the managers at both hotels didnt want to take any accountability or responsiblity. Horrible place.

Mr. MuBarek was a good human. And I get 5 start to him.. 😍😍

The room had no window and it smelled very bad. I requested to change the room several times, but they told me to call the website where you made the reservation, but they didn't answer the support of the website. This was an awful hotel and I don't recommend it at all.

Dirty,Towels and bed sheets are so old, very disappointing.it is a very misleading advertising.

To Taskim square you have to hike

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and cooperative.

Stayed for 3 days for business. Location is far away from shops, bus station, Metro and located in steep street. The staff at the reception were too slow in handling my already booked room at arrival without explaining the reasoning. My room card had to re-activated every day

Modern hotel. Great service, friendly and excellent breakfast. Very close to taksim square

The beds not clean and the water too , there is no air conditing in the hotel no curtines for the windows , too bad hotel

They cancelled our reservation without any intimation reservation we had to look for another hotel late night . Pathetic service and receptionist was very rude

Service was good enough. Also it's good that the hotel location is closed to Taksim

This hotel sucks, it's dirty and wifi comes and goes. They put signs everywhere saying your not allowed to bring food or drinks to the room, probably because they want you to use their room service, unfortunately room service takes a long time to arrive if it arrives at all, so I guess you have starve while living here unless you eat out. Located near Taksim but you have to climb a steep hill and cross traffic to get there. Stay somewhere else!
