I booked a room with a city view and a queen bed, but the hotel gave me another hotel near there. The bed was bad, the room was small, the shower had problems, and the toilet flush wasn't working. I'm so hopeless. This room was a failure for me. We left early, the lift was so small I couldn't go down with my luggage, and inside there was a towel and everything from the cleaning service. Why is the hotel like this?
