Really nice hotel The shows could have been better and the stage bigger wasnt alot of room around the pool could of done with proper teaspoons instead of little tooth picks to stir your tea and coffee

The pool area, the food and the bedrooms all excellent

Great staff and great for kid's, we enjoyed our stay

Good property to stay. The rooms and towels were not looking clean when we stayed at the hotel. The hotel staffs overall friendly. The food is great and tasteful. There is not shortage of food or food service. The concierge services is limited to certain hours of the day.

I am currently on the phone with hotels.com because I was over charged by 60 euros. I booked this resort for my husband and I for 3 nights. hen we got there they said that the reservation was for 1 person. I told them no it is for 2 people through hotels.com. They said it was for only 1 person and that I would have to pay 60 euros extra. After paying I sent an email to hotels.com informing them of the situation. They emailed me back and saying that the hotel was claiming that we showed up with an additional person and it was 3 people not 2 which is why we were charged extra. I told them no it was only my husband and I and they have copies of our passports. Hotels.com then told me that the hotel was refusing to issue us a refund and that I would have to contact them myself. So stay away from this hotel if you don’t want to be scammed out of extra money.

We loved everything about this hotel! Food was excellent, staff all around were great and helpful. Entertainment was fun, kids animation was the same daily though. Clean overall and can’t wait to go back! Tattoo shops, beauty shops that do it all - hair, extensions, nails, braids, everything. With all inclusive you really do not ever need to leave the hotel that is the downside, you really have to force yourself out and see the city because you have so much fun in the hotel that you realize that the day has passed.

Definitely not a 5 star experience.

The hotel is noisy and very crowded. The swimming pool and the bar are not inviting. The gym is dirty and the equipement is poor with no working AC. The level of service from the staff is very low. It tooks us 1h to get in a room. We were stuck in a room with the technical staff for 45minutes without electricity before finally changing us to a new room.

Overall good experience. The bed could be improved and internet wasn't the greatest but a great stay overall.

I was alocated huge nice room with large balcony overlooking swimming pool. The room was very comfortable and felt safe. Hotel would feed you from early morning until late midnight. Food is buffe style, nicely presented and theres always chef doing some special food. Food is fabulous. ifyou don't want to leave your room you got kettle some tea and coffee in your room and some water in your fridge. Except outdoor pool and slides, you getting very good (very hot) sauna, indoor pool and a decent gym. I have only left resort for 1 hour during my stay. Resort was very clean and there was a little shop on site. You get free WiFi only in the lobby.

Otel temiz ve konforlu idi personel ilgili ve hijyen kurallarına sonuna kadar uyuluyordu. Yemekler lezzetli ve fazlası ile yeterli.. Animasyon ekibine ayrıca teşekkürler..

Otelin denize olan pozisyonunu göz önünde bulundurarak gidiniz Otel fiyat fayda ilişkisi açısından fena değil yemekler tatmin edici, resepsiyon görevlileri özellikle Yağız için ayrı parantez müthiş bir Turizmci Rastaurantlar da kapasite problemi var özellikle akşam yemeklerinde otel yönetimi deniz işini çözmeli shuttle ile diye düşünüyorum

Otel kesinlikle 5 yildizi haketmiyor odalardaki esyalar cok eskimis odalarda yalitim kesinlikle yok ufacik tv si var odada birde turk misafirlere farkli davranip fazla ucret aliyorlar oteli ben sahsen kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum

Geweldig eten, leuke sfeer en een mooi zwembad. Kamer is iets verouderd maar verder netjes
