Never had such a horrible experience in a Resort. The customer service is atrocious and nearly all Male staff are very sexist alwaystalking down to women. I will never return

Hotel is ok, food is terrible not really a 5 star more like a 3, wouldn’t stop there again

Property and facilities are okay. Poor management and appalling decision making Managers. Otherwise, junior workers are highly rated. Had issues with Expedia in which I received a confirmation of hotel room I paid for since June which I showed Green Nature Hotel, however I was made to pay again for my room on a daily basis and I was locked out of my room every day until I paid, despite showing them the confirmation of payment and booked room at the hotel. Good management decision would be to sort non payment issue out with Expedia who they claimed has not paid them, instead of continually embarrassing and stressing customer with payment issue whilst on holiday. It was a terrible experience and this destroyed what would have been a perfect first holiday in Turkey

First of all , the towels are very old and bad condition ,there is no duvet or thick cover for bed just light blanket , The spa very dirty and old and need maintenance In general the hotel is dirty , I don’t recommend it. Lobby was well air conditioning , but all other levels and elevator was not.

food is amazing

I like the cleanliness of the Hotel This is my 4th time to Green nature. But the staff at the restaurant unless you tip them they don’t serve you as they supposed to do. Technical problems not solved properly (A/C) So I had to call four times at the end I gave up. The manger is not always present and should do also management by walking. And meeting with guests. In General excellent resort.

good food, staff were friendly. The only problem was wifi that we did not have for 2 days which was annoying and receptionist did not seem to be helpful!

The hotel was clean with plenty of staff keeping up with the cleaning .food was very good and a comfortable room the only thing for me it's more for a family not a couple

Overall the hotel is lovely and very clean, so much choice of food and this was on a daily basis. The alcohol was sickening, however the beer was lovely. WIFI waa only in the lobby , at the bars and eating areas, no WIFI aim your room or close to it.

Please do not stay at this hotel. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I firmly believe that the positive reviews for this hotel are manufactured or the hotel pays people to post positive reviews. The reception staff are terrible and very disrespectful. We were given a room with a view of the garbage dump and they wouldn't change our room. The grounds, dining area, chairs, swimming pools, hallways, elevators are dirty. The food is terrible. Although the hotel is all-inclusive, we paid to eat outside since the food was inedible. Please save your money and go elsewhere. For the money that you pay for this hotel it is not worth it. I wish Expedia would remove this hotel from their listing as it really is a disappointing and terrible experience.

Really enjoyed my visit. Excellent hotel, friendly and helpful staff, especially Alex in the Ampi bar.

Definitely not 5 stars , no WiFi in rooms , no Tea & Coffee facilitates in room . Bedrooms are very poor and bed uncomfortable. Would say Pools is fantastic.

Staff not friendly . When I book through Expedia they said they spoken to reservations and extra bed for kids done .i don’t have to pay , When I went there they said they have no comiunication Expedia and made me pay

the room was small and dirty smelly when i complains they told me that what I book, I off to pay £50 to get a clean room and one that I can move around in , it is definitely not a 5star hotel it more like a3 stars

Hotel staff are bad rooms are very dirty very hard to Commnication nicare with staff they understand only turkish language. They are un helpful at all.

Both my husband and I had a lovely time at this hotel would definitely recommend to friends

Many of you are reading a lot of good reviews about this hotel but I have stayed in so many hotels and I can clearly say that this is the worst one I have ever stayed in. I am not prejudice or because I had bad experience, I put my hand on my heart and here is the truth but the truth only. Huge queue for food, you get your main course with difficulties, by the time you get other side things your dinner is freezing. Food was all the same things cooked in different way. No sunbeds around the pool. I woke up even at 6am no sunbeds. The pool was crowded. No space to have a clear few yards of sweam. My children hated this hotel. I booked 2 rooms and the rooms were not ready when we arrived, We had to stay in 2 horrible rooms for 2 days before we got our proper rooms. I have paid for late checkout but got thrown out of our rooms because they have sold our room. Hotel managements are not friendly neither welcoming. They are very rude and liars. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and the amount of money I had to spend for taxi was incredible. It all looks nice on pictures but do yourself and your family a favour and keep away from this hotel.

The food was the main concern for us it was very poor no taste to it limited choice & staff were miserable (most of them) would never stay here again!!
