They let us in even though we are late. And we are happy for that buget friendly hotel and in the city. Theres shops around the hotel and its very easy to find. The staff are also amazing and accomodating

It was an old hotel and there was heavy smell in the hotel. When you parked your car you had to leave the key. I have seen dust on the furniture, room light wasn’t working properly, mattress wasn’t comfortable and pillows were terrible. TV’s sound was going off and you had to turn the tv on and off. Aircon remote had weak battery Breakfast was descent. Staff was friendly I hope they fix these issues asap to provide better service to their customers.

Overall experience was very nice. Their customer service is exceptional specially the reception staff and the restaurant staff. They have provided exceptional service and were available 24 hours. Ok .. door handle needed on outside balcony door ! Otherwise you get locked out on balcony .. small washing line for wet beach bikini etc .. would be useful Masks should be worn whilst getting your buffet breakfast open to everyone’s germs . We wore ours whilst getting our breakfast .. says it’s near aquarium ? Long walk to it .
