Hotel Lago Di Salda

Charming old-style hotel in quiet scenic setting next to the lake shore. Rooms are comfortable and quiet, beds comfy. No air conditioning (only fan), so in summer the south-facing rooms warm up quite a bit, but the ones overlooking the lake are very comfortable (on our floor they were larger as well). Nice pool (fair size, clean). The restaurant has good Turkish-style buffet breakfast and serves various dishes for dinner in a relaxing setting (inside or outside on the large terrace). Owners of the hotel are very helpful and friendly. Nothing much around, so you pretty much need a car. Tip: spend a late afternoon on the “beach” on the east side of the lake where it’s possible to swim for anyone slightly more adventurous, and notice the stark contrast to places like Oludeniz Beach

Gönülden Tavsiye Ediyoruz! Salda’daki bu güzel otelde geçirdiğimiz zaman bizim için çok özel ve huzur doluydu. Ethem bey ve resepsiyondaki genç arkadaş İsmail Bey, ilk andan son ana kadar her adımda son derece nazik, ilgili ve yardımcıydılar. Sorularımıza sabırla yanıt verdiler, çevreyle ilgili önerilerde bulundular ve her konuda içten bir ilgiyle yanımızda oldular. Otelin konumu muhteşem, ortam sakin ve doğayla iç içe. Odalar tertemiz biraz eski model ama Kendimizi hem güvende hem de evimizde gibi hissettik. Gölün harika killeriyle hem vücudunuza doğal pealing yapabilir hemde killerin içinde bata çika stres atıp eulenebilirsiniz . Salda’ya yolu düşen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Böyle işletmelerin kıymeti bilinmeli. Her şey için çok teşekkürler!

Beautiful hotel in unique lakeside location within national park. Friendly service, good rooms with balconies overlooking the stunningly lovely lake, fresh and tasty food, lovely swimming pool, pleasant outdoor bar. The perfect place to getaway from it all.

The hotel was amazing, and so was the staff. Everything was superb for a three-star and pictures are less beautiful than reality The only minor shortcoming is the food. By Turkish standards, it was only ok and an effort could be made there. We stayed three days and toured the area. I think Lago di Salda is the best option around Salda and by far. However, don't expect to go into the lake next to the hotel (though there is a beach a short walk to the right of the hotel.) You will have to drive 5 minutes to the opposite bank to find the perfect spot to swim in the breathtaking Salda ; a spot you could easily miss, but here lies the magic ;) The staff was professional and cordial. You will feel safe and looked after. We left the place wishing that one day we will be able to come back.

This is a corner of wonderful beauty, a pine forest, a clear lake, wonderful hosts. I highly recommend it

Quiet and very nice hotel

Breakfast is not good and dinner options are limited.

Great location on the shore of the lake. As the hotel is remote we chose to eat in the hotel and we glad we did, dinner was good quality and delicious at very reasonable prices for a set 3 course meal. Staff were very friendly, helpful and were attentive but not intrusive. The hotel has a rustic feel to it, a good option for a stopover.

Great property, great ambiance and great people. I’ll definitely be back to stay here again!

This is a lovely wee hotel and the views of the lake, the gardens are all fab...the staff work really hard and service is great...lovely breakfast and also good priced set menu choice for evening meal...the only reason I did not give an excellent was we both struggled to get inside the shower cubicle, ok we are not skinny people but the gap thru the doors was soo so small! Last year we had a lake view room and the shower cubicle was much bigger in these rooms, saying that once I’d managed to get in the shower itself was very powerful...we will definitely stay here again next year, thank you to all the lovely staff at Hotel Lago Di Salda 😀😷😀especially during these difficult Covid times...
