Close to the beach. First staff member we met at check-in was not very nice or service minded. Otherwise it was an ok hotel.

The hotel put me in a seaview room even though I had booked a standard room. The room was very clean and the bed so comfortable. The staff were very helpful.

Close to everything which was the best part. Right near the beach and other tourist attractions the bazaar, Marina ar short distances from tb hotel. Staff so rude no welcome no introduction to hotel safety, breakfast times etc. Did not find the reception staff welcoming. Rooms are small but ok, cleaners reluctant to cleaning rooms Everyday.

We stayed for 2 weeks at the Ketenci Hotel. It was very nice and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms were a decent size, they were cleaned daily and the sheet changed which was great as you always came back to a fresh and tidy room. They don't have an iron that you can use but luckily one of the staff members let us borrow his. My only issue was that they gave us one card for the room which was a little annoying as any time we left the room the electricity would switch off including the fridge which meant we weren't able to use it much unless we wanted to drink lukewarm coke. The hotel location is ideal as it is within walking distance of most places and the little mini bus stops right outside and costs only 3 lira per journey if you don't fancy walking. Overall really enjoyed our stay at Ketenci and would definitely recommend it.

the hotel was good with repetitive breakfast everyday and does not have several variety, everyday they clean the room and its a calm hotel and in our stay the elevator was out of service several times.

Front desk was a little void of personality and didn't want to give us the room we booked originally with a sea view but we convinced him. Also, the hotels.com website said there was a jetted tub but when we arrived there was no tub, only a shower. The rooms are nicely decorated but a bit small. The spa was awesome downstairs and good prices. Breakfast was good and there was a good selection. The staff member who took us to our room was incredibly helpful and even refused my attempt to tip him! The wifi is not good and disconnects a lot as well you need a passport to log in. I would recommend this hotel for sure!

Slitt standard, men grei beligenhet. Vi hadde bestilt røkefritt rom, men rommet luktet av gammel sigarett røk.

Preis war viel zu teuer, Zimmer waren extrem klein obwohl wir eine Suit hatten. Die Betten waren extrem schlecht, extreme Rückenschmerzen..

Akşam otele vardım. Resepsiyondaki arkadaş “aracınızı bırakamazsınız anahtar almıyoruz” dedi. Birbirlerinin önüne çeken arabaları ve hotels de otopark hizmetinin olduğunu söylediğimde, araçların birazdan çıkacağını söyledi. Bu sebeple arabayı çok uzağa bırakmak zorunda kaldım ve eşyalarımla yürüdüm. Bu durumu kaldığım bir sonraki günde de yaşadım. Çıkış yaparken resepsiyonda farklı biri vardı ve yeni giriş yapan bir çiftten araç anahtarlarını alıyorlardı. O resepsiyoniste sorduğumda tabii anahtar bırakıyorsunuz zaten dedi. Böyle bir çifte standart sebebiyle sıcakta, kalabalıkta park yeri bulma çilesi yaşadım. Otelin ne yapıp ne yapmadığını bilen insanlar istihdam edilebilir.

Karşılama güzeldi otopark sıkıntısı yoktu. Her gün oda temizliği ve yeni havlular geldi. Odadaki buzdolabı çalışmıyordu. Kahvaltı tek düzeydi. Hatta vasat diyebilirim. Her gün aynı sıcaklar ve kalitesiz çıktı. Ekmek bile bayat geldi.

Tertemiz Hotel, Deniz manzarasi süper. Personel güleryüzlü. Mutlaka tekrar tercihimdir !!
