The internet connection was very poor, constantly dropping. The elevator and bathroom smelled bad. The Expedia rating for this hotel looked very good, but it really doesn't deserve that rating. I won't stay there again.

This is one of the best hotels I have been to. The staff is very friendly, especially the receptionist who checked me in and the lady at the Spa. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast was lovely. We chose this hotel because of the good reviews and the Spa and it exceeded our expectations. The Spa is excellent, clean and relaxing. We were welcomed very warmly each time we entered the hotel. I will definitely come back here.
