Perfect stay for a late night arrival into Dalaman in the UK. Difficult flight but we’re welcomed hardly at the hotel which is so close to the airport and it was so comfortable and a delight. Breakfast was brilliant.

I’ve stayed here a few times now and will be back on the 16th of June. FINALLY, we have a great place to stay at or near the airport - I’ve been to at least 15 hotels, pensions and airbnbs before this hotel opened here, and they were all crap - this place is great. Highly recommend. See you soon!

Reception girls were so bad at their job plus i had to keep going downstairs to speak with them as the phone in the room doesn't work, the window in my room was broken and every time i asked for them to fix it they would fab me off and tell me it was fixed when it clearly wasn't and with this issue the air-conditioning wouldn't work. Most of the staff don't understand English. Never again and i don't recommend Definitely not even 3 star

The hotel was lovely and we were greeted by lovely front of desk staff, be we unfortunately had two incidents that left my partner and our children quite distressed. The 1st was when my partner went to our designated room with the children to find a man lying on the bed after opening the door, she screamed then shut the door and came back to the reception when she told the hotel staff what had happened they dismissed it and said it was not a problem. The second incident was when we were asleep and someone opened our hotel room door whilst we were asleep this again was very distressing for us all and we did not sleep well after this.

I believe it is newly built, but the build quality is extremely poor, which spoils everything. It is generally a good setup for the Airport Hotel. Although it is only three stories tall, the lift is the slowest I have ever seen.

It was very bad, The hotel is very noisy, every evening there are parties that make it impossible to sleep for half the night, it doesn't look like a business hotel. There is absolutely no space in some rooms, although the rooms are not small, but I had no place to put my suitcase.

Close to Dalaman airport so you will notice sound of planes taking off or landing even at night. clean rooms, very good breakfast. Our room running water stopped suddenly in the morning while taking shower and the receptionist! Who could speak English eventually was able to fix the problem in an hour!
