This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had. First, it is nearly impossible to sleep here. The hotel sits between a busy main street and railroad tracks, so you will hear either constant traffic or freight trains during the night. Rest and relaxation are not possible in these conditions. The spa facilities were also disappointing. The pool water was uncomfortably cold, and the Turkish bath area had clear maintenance issues, including unsafe flooring. Breakfast was another letdown. The dining space was far too small to handle the number of guests, so my group was forced to sit at an undersized table. The food options were very limited and below expectations. The most frustrating part was checkout. The parking setup is inconvenient, and when I tried to load luggage in front of the hotel, the area was blocked by cars. Staff told me to back into a busy street and re-enter through the exit lane — an unsafe situation. When I asked for help, I was dismissed rather than assisted. The front desk staff were unresponsive and unfriendly when I raised concerns. Overall, this hotel fails to meet the basic standards of comfort, safety, and service that travelers expect. I cannot recommend staying here.

No matter which side your room is on, you’ll either be kept awake by blaring freight train horns or endless traffic noise. Peaceful rest is impossible. The spa facilities were a complete disappointment. The pool water was ice cold, and in the Turkish bath there were holes in the floor, which were unsafe and downright dangerous. Breakfast was another letdown. The dining area is far too small for the size of the hotel. We were three people and couldn’t even find seating together — we were forced to squeeze around a tiny table for two. The food itself was very low quality, nothing special at all. Parking and check-out were an absolute nightmare. The hotel uses a shared lot behind the building, completely inconvenient for guests. When I pulled around front to load our luggage, cars were parked right in the middle of the loading area. The bellboy actually told me to back my car into the busy street and re-enter through the exit lane — an extremely dangerous maneuver. When I asked for help, he shrugged me off with “no problem” and walked away. To make matters worse, the reception staff was rude and unprofessional. It is very convenient for us to stay here on business. Good location, fair condition of of normal stay there.

A nice hotel, well equipped with great service and wonderful breakfast BUT the pool was in the basement so a bit cold and jacuzzi didn’t work unfortunately.

I strongly advise against dining at this restaurant. The establishment was incredibly dirty, with filthy placemats and an equally disgusting baby high chair. After placing our order, we were informed that one of our items was unavailable. Why wasn't this communicated to us beforehand? To add insult to injury, the advertised 10% discount was never applied. When we inquired about it, we were told it had been forgotten and could not be honored. There are numerous other dining options near the hotel. I highly recommend avoiding this establishment and saving your time and money

Excellent hôtel, personnel très professionnel et très efficace, serviable et compétent. Très bonne restauration et petit déjeuner parfait. Belle piscine interne avec sauna et hamam.C'est notre 2ème séjour dans cet hôtel (2019 et 2022), nous le recomandons ainsi que le Ramada deSivas.

A very pleasant hotel. Stuff at the reception speaking english which is an exception in Turkey. Nice restaurant. A good stay for road trip pause.

Probably the only hotel in the area that cares about hygiene. They are quite good with covid-19 related measures. Room was spacious.Bed, pillow and linen were all high quality.

the hotel is very good and the staff put they should take care more for the rooms decoration and the amenities for rooms and the bathrooms

The people at reception were nice, however we had requested a non-smoking room as I have asthma but not only did they put us in a smoking room (which we did not find out until we were already getting ready for bed) they also put us on a smoking floor. I ended up coughing all night and got no sleep. The hotel is nicely appointed and clearly a good business hotel. The dinner in the restaurant started well with the appetizers but then we didn't seem to get the right main courses and the staff disappeared. The people who helped with the car were very nice. We realize that this is a different culture where people smoke a lot and the expectations are different so we can say that we think that this is a very good hotel for the area.

Everything as expected for a good quality hotel. Clean, friendly staff, modern.

Hotel is relatively new. Located a bit away from center, though easily reachable with car. Staff speak little or no English as almost everywhere in Turkey. Staff is friendly and willing to help if they understand your problem. Facilities ok. Furniture of normal quality. There was a big gym and an indoor swimming pool. Breakfast is not good and at the level of 2 stars hotel. There was only one kind of bread, a white bun that is packed in plastic bags and not fresh. Breakfast has no variety at all and need to be improved.

The hotel was just what we wanted, a base to see local ancient sites. The hotel was well stocked and comfortable. The staff were wall very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Comfortable room with good breakfast. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the center of town. The staff are nice but do not speak English. wufi works well. Spa and exercise facilities are nice.

Very clean, and nice and quiet. Was on the 4th floor, and there was a wedding downstaırs but didn`t hear anythıng. Great breakfast, good supper, great housekeeping staff, friendly staff throughout hotel. Staff would benefit from English language training though. Was diffıcult to communicate with anyone in English, even front desk. Would definitely recommend, and Usak is a nice small city.
