Finding the location of the hotel is a bit difficult because the hotel doesn't have a signboard, on Google Maps it only says the Metro Suites. We were 2 guests & stayed for 2 nights, but were only given 1 large towel. The next day during daily service, the towels were still given 1, so we had to go to the reception to ask for 2x towels (for 2 days). The blanket was only given a piece of cloth which in my opinion is more suitable to be used as bed sheets, has been requested & said to be delivered to the room, but until we check out was not delivered. So when we asked for towels & doormats (not provided in the bathroom), my husband waited at the reception until he got it. Toiletries are not available, only liquid soap. Even packaged drinks are not provided in the room. The plus points in my opinion are just the location which is not far from taksim square.
