The is very nice. Hotel condition is great room service too. The buffet is super. The door and reception is 24/7.
The cons: far from Istanbul center about 1 hour with the Marmaray, the Tersane station is 4 min away from hotel. If you rent a car it'll be great.

The hotel is a short walk from the Tersane Marmaray station so it is very easy to get to. However this hotel is a long way from the scenic attractions of Istanbul. We chose it because it was convenient to get from there to the airport in the morning. The room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was very nice.

Ver friendly welcoming on check in, the staff is friendly and polite the breakfast buffet was good and tasty, the lunch you can choose from menue card. I go 1 time per year to Istanbul and this was till now the best hotel, very clean, nice view if I need to go again to Istanbul I will choose this hotel again.

Terrible location on the Dock and only thing near was a train station and shopping centre a 5 minute walk away. Internet connection was very bad, I had to keep leaving my room and go to router on landing to reconnect. Breakfast was very good everything you needed and rooms were large but very dark. The gentleman who assisted me with my case and internet was impeccable and very helpful

Not very clean and a bit of an unusual place overall. They said the main people staying there were ship captains as it is near the docks. It was useful to us for a very short one night stay before flying out early in the morning. If you wanted to stay any longer and hoped for things to do in the area you might be disappointed. Certainly don't recommend it for families.

Not particularly flexible. My flight to Istanbul was canceled because the Istanbul airport was closed but the hotel insisted it charge me for the night regardless. Also, the hotel is particularly hard to find, despite being "near" the airport. If in a taxi, ok. Cost is about 15 Turkish Lira from airport. But if you drive a rental car, you will go all over trying to find this hotel. Not a dangerous location, but a well disguised one off the highway. Probably better to pay a little more and go to a hotel easier to reach in a more accessible area. Hotel itself was fine, except for internet problems on my floor. Breakfast buffet was diverse and tasty. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel claimed to provide Airport pickup transportation services. In fact it does not, and you must add 30- 50 TL, each way, to the price of the hotel.

I thought it is close to airport but it's not. It cost 30 lira by taxi from airport to this place so I paid 60 lira extra for round trip taxi fees. and btw, taxi is the only way to get here. If I know this I wouldn't have booked this place because I just stay here for the flight in the next morning. I suggest people choose those hotels closer to airport.
The staff are very nice though but nobody speaks English so that's the most difficult part because it's hard to ask information from them, I have to call my turkish friend for help.

the hotel is very nice within 15 minutes of airport staff very nice friendly although due to location a taxi to get to is required and their is not a great amount to see locally unless you have business with the shipyard but for an overnight stay worthwhile and local shopping centre is close by with a good range of shops
