Fantastic location! The entire place was always spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Everyone was incredibly accommodating — truly appreciated the hospitality!

Very happy with my stay. It is a 4-star property and has the amenities you expect from a 4-star. The rooms were cleaned very well every day. The bed was comfortable but a bit hard. It is very nicely located with much shopping and dining around. Marmaray station is close and easy to use for public transport.

The property had it all. From impressive art deco interiors, walking distance to the shore, welcoming and attentive staff, great breakfast selection, an amazing roof top restaurant with a stunning view of the sea, to proximity to many other amenities and restaurants. This location was top notch. This will be the hotel we stay in next time we visit Istanbul!

Hotel rooms are old and aged. Service is very poor. Roof top bar is outrageously expensive more so than 5 star hotels in NYC or London. Sewer construction around the hotel stunk the entire area. A weird rule they have is that you can't charge drinks to your room. You have to pay for them on the spot!!
