Amazing place to stay, love the service.

Good place to stay only issue was the strong smell in bathrooms

It was amazing and would love to stay there whenever go to Diyarbekir

The staffs at the reception were the worst. It happened when I wanted to check in. I booked a 2 deluxe suite room and without informing us, the staff gave a normal double room. I had babies and an elderly with me. We went up and realised that is not the room we paid for. I went down and the staff said the price you paid for is for this room. I told them speak to expedia then because the prices are from them. He said the prices are wrong on Expedia. He then changed me to another room which was not what I booked and after I insisted of not changing room, only then they gave the room that we booked. On top of that, the room was noisy. The hotel's restaurant was playing music until 12am. I asked the reception if there is anything they can do about it. I have two babies who were trying to sleep and an elderly in another room. The staff blamed me saying that I am the only one who doesnt want music in my room. Other guests want it. I told her if I want music, I will go your restaurant. I booked a room to rest and sleep, especially if I have small babies. To add that the toiled was clogged and the room was not really clean. I have booked at the other Green Park Hotels before and this is the worst so far. I really do not recommend staying here unless you want bad treatment and music until 12am in your room. Another option is Demir Hotel which has a better location. I added another star for cleaning staffs who were friendly and the location of thr breakfast, which was historical.

We stayed for one night. We were very comfortable in our room, the bathroom was clean. They had a perfect breakfast.

Entertainment area unique

The service was one of the best I have ever encountered anywhere. The staff could not not have been more helpful and attentive. Made our stay fabulous

The sound of singing and music annoys the room guests every night, there is no bathroom maintenance and the staff does not speak English

3 maybe 4 stars hotel, small dark room, small window overviewing a dark wall, not even a chair to sit down, constant power failures ( both electricity and internet) broken door in the closet. Much better hotels around

I asked specifically for a non smoking room, I got to change the room twice but it was still a smoking room and it smelled horrible. The bathroom was filthy with stains on the mirror and hair on the sink. The carpet was dirty. The toilet was not stable and was not attached properly in both rooms. I'm very disappointed at this five star hotel.

Great location and comfortable room. We asked and where given a splendid view. The historic restaurant downstairs is fantastic

We had a fantastic stay at the Green Park Hotel! Cuma and his team were exceptional hosts, and no request was too small or big to take care of. They gave us a wealth of information about Diyarbakir and what to see and do. We really valued and treasured their advice and discussions with us. The restaurant is fantastic, a big thank you to Mehmet and his team. It is an incredible setting and delicious food, which has been in operation since 1317. If you are staying in Diyarbakir there really is no other place, it is in the heart of the old Town and within walking distance to all the sites. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. Next time we are in Diyarbakir we will definite eky ve back.

Ilk girdiğimiz odada klima calismiyordu asiri sıcaktı oda ve kirli idi.. resepsiyon çalışanları ilgilenip odayi değiştirdiler.. koridorlarda sensörler geç çalışıyor karanlık dikkat edin.. sehir merkezi oluşu cok iyi ama.. resepsiyon sa emir isminde bi arkadaş vardı o gerçekten ilgili ve yardımcı oldu onun

kahvaltı ve temizlik güzeldi.yalnızca oda seçimini yaparken dikkatli okumak gerekiyormuş kör odaları çok havasız klima rahatsız ediyor.

Fiyat fayda oranı gayet iyi. Kahvaltı lezzetli. Sigara kokusu sinmiş odalar kötü.

Hotel au centre historique, staff tres sympa et aidant. Chambre qui necessiterait une renovation mais confortable. PdJ tres bien dans une salle qui sert aussi pour des concerts locaux...je recommande d y assister. Wi-Fi tres bien un point a ameliorer le menage a faire chaque jours dans la chambre, au moiins un coup d aspirateur et vider les poubelles..
