Could smell the smoke inside my room throughout my whole visit. Staff are nosy and don’t mind taking photos of the guests as they’re having their breakfast (Happened with me). Requested some ice to my room and had to pay for it. Top that with the fact that no one is able to speak English. Terrible experience that I won’t be repeating for sure!

Dirty room, full of smoke coming from other rooms. The area around the hotel is rough. Every night the police will show up in the middle of the night to catch or control a drunk messy person. Parking entrance is awful. Bathroom is small and the shower is damaged. Awful stay, does not deserve one star!

Everything is good to very good clean quiet spacious kindness from staff. But two should be watched and reviewed by the management team: they must remind people to not smoke through room windows. Second, air conditioning should not be lowered between 10 am and 2 pm. Especially in common area. I will rate this hotel 8.75 out of 10. I will vome back again in overall it is a good nice hotel to stay. AY from room 501

First of all the hotel needs some renovation. Second of all spa is out of services, jacozi is spoiled and you have to pay 50 tl it seems for hair cap before entering the swimming pool in spite of being free. I requested attached rooms since we are family they gave two rooms of single beds, Breakfast buffet was very good
