Its was like 2 room suite, it's has everything fridge, microwave, electric kettle, best part was 2 ac a one each room. Good enough to keep the entire apartment Cool.

The staff is very unwelcoming and unhelpful. He doesn’t want to help at all.I have to clean the microwave before using. Door knob is falling off. Looks like the hotel is ready to shut down.

Property was good and well maintained. Good size apartment with all necessary amenities including heating etc. Its located inside an industrial area close to a highway. However, if you are on short stay to catch next flight then remember its nearly 25km from Sabiha Cokcin Airport. So if you are a family of four adults with 4 large bags of luggage then expect to pay very high large taxi costs to and from Airport as there were no other commute options nearby for us. There are no food options at property. You may order via online food app. There are shops 10-15 minutes walk away.

I was happy with the rooms sizes and the good air conditioner, the price was very good in istanbul, the area was quite and parking bays was available, but during 5 days stay no onè come to clean the rooms or provide any towls or tissues. The stuff were friendly but reluctant to help you to solve your problems, for example when i arrived i needed to connect my UK mobile pluge to charge my phone butwas not able because it was different from UK. Altogether, i was happy to spent my 5 days there however was a bit from shopping centers.

The rooms were absolutely terrible, I am so disappointed and dissatisfied in my stay. The room is unbelievably dirty. The beds were filled with hairs and stains. The service was also terrible. Everything in the rooms were filthy. I do not recommend at all to anybody. Worst experience ever. Couldn’t sleep comfortably knowing the whole room was in filth and hairs.

The hotel is not located in a nice Neighborhood, infact its in a very strange area surrounded by vehicle manufacturers and repairing centers. It has a parking area. infact that is the only thing good in the hotel. We booked the superior room with paying more money than the normal room and they gave us key for that room, when we opened the room, there was already people inside the room which was quite embarrassing. We came to reception and the guy just gave us the key for the normal room without any explanation. we asked for money back as we cant live in two seperate beds in a 10m2 room but he insisted that this is the only room he has and he cant do anything. The experience was so bad and they arent professional about anything. Better to spend 10$ more and live in a better hotel with better rating and area around.

The place was great but an hour away from the capital Istanbul so I had to drive an hour everyday just to get to the capital as kt is on the Asian side and not on the European side. Everything else was great but the but was very squeaky and made a lot of noise.

The hotel is really elegant, clean and comfortable. Staff there are so friendly and helpful.

Very nice staff and rooms are comfortable and big spaces! Love it! Just the location is not such a good neighborhood but train, taxis and parking available and easy to get!

Not like a hotel, more like a guesthouse. But fine for a good sleep and rest. No alcohol allowed.

Outstanding services and apartments l, The apartments are more beautiful than it looks on pictures and customer service is just amazing specially the reception guys do all u ask for and ready to serve there customers always.

I was upgraded to a suite for free and the man on reception when I arrived was brilliant - he spoke English but as I am trying to learn Turkish he spoke Turkish slowly for me, repeating where necessary. The room was big and clean, with the exception of the runner at the bottom of the bed, and the metro is a 3-minute walk away. The breakfast portions were not as big as I expected but were sufficient. All in all, I would recommend it.

The Sanli hotel was one of the worst hotels that I have ever seen. The location was not good, the service was awful, rude reception(one of them could not speak English even one word). The price was cheap. They offered free parking but it was not available. The breakfast was not bad. We asked to change our room, they promised but it never happened!!! Because they mentioned, "you booked online so we can not give you a better service!!!". Most of the time there was nobody in reception to provide any services or answer your questions.

Bad experience, the elevator was out of order for two days . No onw fixed it and i had to go for thr 4th floor using the stairs .... come oooon and no helped me carrong my stuff. I wanted a knife the reception said i can not ( the hotel had a resturant but he did not give me ) . I dont understand the high ratings, the location is between car shops and different to reach . The only good thing is the soze of the roam and price......in short dont go there unless you are on low budget
